Have you considered replacing the vibration pumps with magnet drive gear pumps like e.g. the Fluid-O-Tech FG100? Bigger and more expensive than vibe pumps, but could be interesting in a high-end DE or as an option?
For commercial, it's intended to use multiple machines. This also has the advantage that you can continue service when a machine breaks or is out for service etc.
What do you think about a cpu with a neural engine like the one high-end smartphones have? Could this be beneficial for future software. Doing something like "computational extraction" (borrowing the therm from smartphone cameras), machine learning etc. My thinking is , let's say, Instead of chanel healing, you could use that to predict if a chanel is about to open by detecting minor changes in flow and prevent chanel opening in the first place.

That sounds cool but development of that software seems like it would be too much for Decent atm

Currently no, but we are still working on this in the background.
