To all knuckleheads saying that Dany cannot play guitar - just listen to her solo in Z! She always plays what the music need,, she doesn't need to show off, but she can if she wanted.
Very soon, within the next couple of years tops, these young ladies will sell out any venue in the would they so choose to perform. Mark my words… I guarantee they will one day be recognized as the greatest power trio of all time! LONG LIVE THE VILLARREAL SISTERS!
This crowd of over 3,000 is soon to be eclipsed by the 8,000+ fan crowd at their headlining performance at the Pepsi Center, in Mexico City on Oct. 28th. Judging from fan reactions in their Berlin, Barcelona and Buenos Aires shows, the Pepsi Center videos are going to be insane.
@@gmantw True. I am looking forward to the video, however, as we've been more or less told that the concert will be pro-shot and recorded, similar to Teatro Metropolitan.
They graduated from a bilingual private school in Monterrey (Liceo de Monterrey). The school continued to set the curriculum and administer the exams while they were home schooling and mom and dad did the teaching. Dad is/was an engineer and mom is/was a dentist. I say was because both have given up their professional careers to travel full-time with the girls and support their dreams.
This was maybe my first song I heard from them that made me go "wow" - especially with that artwork-video from "Grim Reaper" - but then ... well, same as most people falling into the rabbit hole.
So all three completed high school in 2019/2020. Ale graduated early. They attended a bilingual catholic school in Monterrey, Liceo de Monterrey, until the end of the 2014/2015 school year. They then were home schooled. There is a live from Pau where Dany was in the background doing statistics and physics homework. Animosity is about a friendship of Pau that broke up with betrayal - “If karma doesn’t hit you then I will!”
@@danieljodreyThat's the thing, they will just pull out a crazy performance and all of a sudden a song you weren't expecting to be in the running is just taken to another level and you fall in love with it all over again. They're the best.

I understand Pau wrote Animosity to someone she fell out with because they complained they didn’t see enough of her, saying she would never get anywhere with her music (never fall out with her!). Pau writes the basic music and lyrics for perhaps ninety percent of their songs, then all three of them work on the song together to finish them.
You can't go wrong with ANY of these songs at Teatro Metropolitan. What an amazing show it was. I don't know how they do it, but The Warning are SO much better live than their recorded material. The Warning perform SO much better now than a year ago when this concert was held. The truly scary part is, we haven't seen their TRUE potential yet!
Welcome to the party :) They're just about to kick off their Mexico leg of the tour - starting this Sat, 21st Oct. Lighting producer from this show is back on board and we're expecting to hear some new music being performed live for the first time. Enjoy this concert, you'll eventually lose words to describe the sheer brilliance on display so just sit back and soak it all in :D
Great reaction! Reminds me of me last year when I saw them in concert at Summerfest in Milwaukee. I'd never heard of them before. I just happened to wander by the stage where they were going to play and decided, what the heck, cool name for a band, I'll check 'em out. Needless to say, I was totally blown away. I literally had to gather my thoughts when it was over and ask myself what I'd just heard. Over the years, I'm sure I've seen at least 50-60 bands at Summerfest. None before or since compared to The Warning, including some pretty big names.
I love the drum intro of Z for this show. It’s not complex but it is powerful and then the great buildup as first Ale walks on stage and then Dany. Z was originally titled Gen Z but they shortened it to Z. Normally they open with Intro 404 playing over the PA as their walkout song and then launch into either Z or Disciple. Z is obviously about their (Gen Z) viewpoint of the world at large. Animosity is about the reaction to being essentially betrayed by a friend and it is from a lived experience to some degree by Pau. Ale’s bass slide towards the end has become legendary and look for more. There are 2 official videos from this album that are must see. The first is for Animosity and the second is for Martirio but those don’t necessarily need to be reactions. They will sprinkle in some songs from previous albums and you may have reacted to them already but the live performances from this show are still amazing. Good reaction Psi & Bella. Looking forward to seeing you react to this great concert! Your right, DPA are pretty young, but their ages are Dany 23, Pau 21 and Ale is 18, almost 19 in Dec. Cheers.
Dany was born in January 2000, so it's easy to do the math for her age. From there, subtract 2 years for Pau's age, and a bit less than 3 more for Ale's.

Love Z - such a great song. And yes, they definitely hit CA hard. They did San Diego, two in the LA area, and San Francisco earlier this year. You'll get your chance and you shouldn't miss it!
Z refers to and is about Gen Z (their generation). Pau wrote Animosity in response to a former school friend who dissed her and her sisters, saying their band would never amount to anything. “If karma doesn’t hit you then I will”. The best way to be immortalized in song is do something to really piss off Pau! 😎👍

This whole concert was amazing, as close to flawless as you can get! The Warning are one of the rare bands who are actually better in concert than they are on the studio recordings! Awesome reaction, keep The Warning coming!
You recently missed them in California in the Spring; they played four shows: San Diego; Los Angeles; Santa Ana and San Francisco. By the way, if you're going to play this concert in order, just know in advance that the song "Breathe" (sung and recorded by Pau at home on the family piano and added as a bonus track on their latest "ERROR" album) wasn't performed in this concert. It was played over the sound system during a brief intermission and outfit change. BUT, the audience STILL reacted awesomely! You'll see! Lastly, the girls' current ages are: Dany - 23; Pau - 21; and Ale - 18.
Also worth mentioning is that 4 of the songs in this concert are from their concept album, Queen of the Murder Scene. Expect some missing context lyrically with Dust to Dust, Dull Knives, QOTMS, and Hunter. They are all wonderful songs musically and these recordings are arguably their best versions, so worth an early listen.
Z is an energetic banger and I love that they start their shows with this because it brings the energy early to their performances. Great reaction guys. 🤘😎❤️⚠️
Every song leaves you wanting more these ladies are incredible. Dany's vocals and guitar as she brings the audience along for the ride super cool. Ale's backing vocals and basslines steady the flow and of course Pau just a beast on the drums while singing different backing vocals effortlessly so good. This is a good way to watch this show enjoying it. 🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡🤟
The concerts (two shows) at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX (Mexico City) was their first time playing their recently released *Error* (3rd) album in it's entirely live. Their third album wasn't pressed before The Warning started their *Mayday 2022 Tour.* Their record label (Lava Recoords) released an EP called *Mayday.* Which is 6 songs from their *Error* album to promote on their tour. They were touring with Lilith Czar, The Pretty Reckless & Halestorm when *Error* was released. That's why these shows was special.
These 3 ladies are so talented, yet so humble and so wonderful as people it's almost too good to be true. They LOVE their fans and give back so much. If you are in California there is no doubt they will be returning there to play some shows in the future they have played there many times.
@PsiBellaMusic they are currently playing shows in Mexico after just playing some dates in South America. All their fans are hoping for another US Tour sometime next year and you can almost guarantee CA will be a part of it.
Z is the opener... and Animosity is the first video I ever saw when a buddy told me to check out The Warning, and I have been hooked ever since!! Then I saw them Live in May !! Great reaction!!
Dany takes lead up front for the group, Pau's leadership is also real, but she appears to lead from within and occasionally on vocals, and of course Alejandra has a voice both for vocals and in the direction of songwriting and in general. I wonder how often she casts yhe deciding vote in discussions? 😂 She might wield the true power of the Spector oops i meant scepter. 😂😂 I LOVE THIS BAND!! 🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥💎 ✌️💖🎼
All of them love playing Z live. Animosity is a Pau song. It is based on a friend pissing her off, and the song is her response. I believe the friend told her that she was wasting her time being in a Rock band because that would never go anywhere. The message, yet again, is NEVER piss off Pau.
So excited for the girls. They just did 3 sold out shows in South America where the crowds were lit. Starting tomorrow they will be doing 3 shows in Mexico at some of the biggest venues they have ever headlined. (Mexico City 8000) They have hired the same production team that did the Tetro Metropolitan shows last year to do the 3 shows. They also have said they are finished with their 4th albums fans are hoping to hear some.
As of *2023* Dany is 23. Birthday in Jan. Pau is 21. Birthday in Feb. Ale is 18. Birthday in Dec. They did go to school. Then dropped out to be home schooled so they can practice their craft. Animosity is about a broken friendship. Pau's former friend broke their friendship.
I discovered this band not long ago...gotta say it's refreshing to hear music that was actually written and performed by people with actual talent! These three young women are just freaking incredible, awesome music and killer vocals. Unlike many pop acts lately that go skimpy outfits and stupid dancing on stage...these three are classy highly talented people that are going to go far and be really good role models to young women that follow them. Dany, Pau and Ala have rekindled that feeling when you hear great music.
Hey, they have some old sit down vlogs 'Moments' of them when on tour in Argentina and LA's Whiskey-a-go go show. Pretty funny, it's like Dani trying to herd cats at times.
Great reaction Psi and Bella! Guitarist Dany was 22, drummer Pau was 20, and bassist Ale` was 17 years old at the time of this performance in Mexico City last summer 2022. They are a year older now. I have seen them 11 times here in California (my 1st time was 3 1/2 years ago January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood). To my knowledge they have performed at least 5 times in California before I first saw them. I can tell you they are mind-blowing AMAZING live! They slap me in the face, punch me in the gut, and stomp me to the ground every time! 🗣 Go see them if you ever get the chance!! 👊😃
These are two of my favourite Dany-on-guitar songs of all time. Her 2x4-to-your-forehead lead in Z should silence all doubts that, yes, the grrl can play guitar. And her playing on Animosity is f**king genius level. It makes the song soar! Love your reactions to this amazing band. You have a new subscriber!
They played SoCal last spring. I saw them in San Diego on 4/30/23. You will probably have to wait until after the first of the year for them to come back around touring for the new album, unless you can do Tijuana on November 18.
Z y Animosity dos excelentes temas de The Warning tremendo rock ,Z , un bello solo de Dany que muestra que puede triturar cuando se necesite y Animosity un tema compuesto por Pau a un examigo
I love that you have dove into the TW rabbithole, BUT at the same time Teatro Met is NOT the end all be all for their performances. Their UK private show was just as good as this... pro shot but more intimate and you see a different side of them.. This is probably best for the Error songs BUT for the QOTMS songs their are songs they dont play here or they play but in earlier they have more passion because it wa still fresh for them.... like at FORO DIDI or The Whiskey Agogo or for 21st Century Blood the Dakota Bar... have great perfomances that will bring you to tears in their passion. And for example Animosity when they released that song it was with for/with webtoon and Grim Reaper and the MV is amazing but their reaction was priceless. just saying dont be afraid to take a break from this concert and explore other venues or actual MVs like Matirio just take your time enjoy the ride. anyways enjoying your vids cioa for now 🤘🏾⚡
As someone who was in his 20's when The Beatles, Cream, The Stones and Who were setting the standard for guitar band rock, I can tell you that this 3-girl band is as good as or better than any else that's come along since. BTW, if the band has a leader, it's Pau, who is the band's primary arranger and lyricist and the one who programs the electronics off of which the band operates (a click track and backing tricks, which not always easy to detect, which is how it should be). That said, every song is a collaboration. They both did formal schooling at a bilingual Spanish/English school plus home school (tutoring) once they started having to skip regular school to pursue their band's career. They have wonderful loving parents who let them both pursue their dream and yet not neglect their intellectual growth.
I just happened to run across one of your later videos and I really enjoyed your reaction! I subscribed and started here for the journey with "The Warning ". ❤
In case you notice any discrepancies between audio and video, the video was taken from both shows but the audio was taken from one show, then the best video shots were synced to the audio track. There are also some video continuity issues from splicing the two different performances together, and on longer scenes the audio is slightly out of sync with the video.
Animosity, I think came from the brain of Pau. It's about a friend who wanted her to hang out more & quit wasting her time with this stupid band that's never going anywhere...I think that's what I heard...ALL 3 Ladies are very special, Pau might be a musical genius. Alot of the music starts with Pau at her piano with some lyrics and some idea..then they take the ideas and run...ALE is the secret weapon who is blessed with "perfect pitch". Dany is beyond explanation, she's a freak of nature..in a good & brilliant way. Thanks to Mom & Dad for their advanced insight & parenting ...TWA🎶🤟☮️
It's exciting to see you both excited about our favorite band,, with their musical pieces, but what excites me the most is knowing that you still have many more to discover. And not only because TW does not make bad songs, but you will certify that it will be almost impossible for you to create a "Top-10" leaving the others out of this list. Another difficulty will be to implement the order in which this list of songs would be established, that's how good they are!! I continue with you for this happy experience… Thanks and greetings from Mexico!! 🇲🇽 🤘😁✌️
Great reaction again. They don't have a bad song. Can you please react to XXIst century blood,(official video) great story great song. Also their other Spanish song Martirio official video? Their lives are great but they put so much into their videos they are all must sees.❤❤❤THE WARNING❤❤❤PAU💚🤍❤
Animosity, yes as break up but not what you might think. My understanding is that this was a good friend who broke up with Pau. There is much more to it, but yes a bitter break up.
Z is one of their songs where they can go full rock mode. Dany is even making a homage to Eddie van Halen when she does some picking during her solo. Animosity is about a relationship with a friend. Pau had a friend who wanted her to quit band practice and go out with her and have fun. Because the practice would not lead to anything, she said. So Pau of course as always wrote a song about her, because the friend made her mad. It´s like she did in the Narcisista case. My favorite line in this song is "If karma does not hit you then I will!"
lol - as a future friend to anyone of these girls you need to have some "nerves" to take her away from the other two. I can promise you - this relationship won't work out well ;) ... Well, one day they will have friends but ... if they're outside music it won't work. Here is ONE big example: Yoko Ono and the Beatles ... And the Beatles weren't brothers.
Where in Cali are you guys. They have played LA many times, and they have played San Francisco at the Fillmore and I saw them live in Berkeley back in '22!
Pau's friend wanted Pau to skip band practice, saying something to the affect, it's not like this will go anywhere. But keep in mind, Pau likes the lyrics to be open to interpretation and some lines simply have no meaning, they're just catchy. She creates, then presents, the lyrics are completed and the sisters give it sound they want. 2:1 rule for decisions.
As fun as your opinion is I tend to differ about the "leader". Right at the moment I would say they split it into Dany and Pau (did you see "Narcicista" from same concert? - there you have the front-woman "Pau" and it worked out also great). And I predict Ale will also get more and more stage-time. The - for me - maybe fun part is: The Warning does not need a front-woman. The trio is the star. They don't have one single star, the band is the main attraction. This is no Queen, Muse, Rolling Stones (don't get me wrong, each of it is fantastic) with a front-performer. Each member of The Warning is important, the band would not work without any of them. Edit: Ah just saw you did a reaction on Narcicista ... anyhow ... for me they don't need a dedicated person who should be the front-(wo)man.
Animosity is a you pissed Pau off song about an ex-friend who didn't want to be friends with her anymore because she spent too much time with her band. Moral don't piss Pau off, ever. 😉
What’s with you two and always talking about Pau. What about Ale? She’s incredible and those bass lines were amazing. make no mistake, there’s only one frontwoman/leader in the band and that’s Dany. Even Pau said Dany’s the boss, she leads the team from the front on most band related stuff. Older sister/protector as Rudy mentioned. Pau can’t sing 80% of TW songs because she doesn’t have the vocal range for it.
Still get a chill everytime I hear Ale's bass slide!!
Ale, man! Havent been grooving to a bassist since Sting.
To all knuckleheads saying that Dany cannot play guitar - just listen to her solo in Z! She always plays what the music need,, she doesn't need to show off, but she can if she wanted.
The Warning provide the best customer service a band can ever have. Love theses Ladies!!!
Cool fact: Pau was voted best "Up and Coming" drummer of 2023 in the Modern Drummer magazine reader's poll. Yeah - she's got skills. Mad skills.
"If karma doesn't hit you then I will" one of the best lines ever in a song.
In their second language no less. In boggles the mind

Z is the opener... and Animosity is the first video I ever saw when a buddy told me to check out The Warning, and I have been hooked ever since!! Then I saw them Live in May !! Great reaction!!
That's awesome! Thank you so much!
Dany takes lead up front for the group, Pau's leadership is also real, but she appears to lead from within and occasionally on vocals, and of course Alejandra has a voice both for vocals and in the direction of songwriting and in general. I wonder how often she casts yhe deciding vote in discussions? 😂
She might wield the true power of the Spector oops i meant scepter. 😂😂
I LOVE THIS BAND!!
🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥💎
✌️💖🎼
All of them love playing Z live. Animosity is a Pau song. It is based on a friend pissing her off, and the song is her response. I believe the friend told her that she was wasting her time being in a Rock band because that would never go anywhere. The message, yet again, is NEVER piss off Pau.
genial reacción, estaré esperando cada una de sus reacciones hacia tremendo concierto que se mandaron las chicas de THE WARNING!!!🤘🤘
Nice reaction. Can't wait to for the rest. This whole Teatro Metropolitan performance is great. Every freakin' song! Peace! 🤘
The Warning!! 🔥 🤘
My interpretation of the girls' voices:
Dani: metal rock/operatic.
Pau: grunge
Ale: Punk Rock.
As of *2023*
Dany is 23. Birthday in Jan.
Pau is 21. Birthday in Feb.
Ale is 18. Birthday in Dec.
They did go to school. Then dropped out to be home schooled so they can practice their craft.
Animosity is about a broken friendship. Pau's former friend broke their friendship.
The Warning is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Greetings from Argentina
They've played in California many times, so it's very possible to catch a Warning performance!
Pretty funny, it's like Dani trying to herd cats at times.
gr8 reaction ... i envy you, you are in for such a treat ... r0ck 0n ... \m/
Amazing they don't have a bad song. Talented ladies
👊😃
At last once every year they play in Los Angeles and San Fransisco, the Wiskey a Go Go in Holywood is like his second home for years
Don´t mess up with Pau. She will write a song about you. lol Greetings from Germany
🤘⚠️great reaction ⚠️🤘
I loved 🤘
Continuing with the concert please ⚠️
Momma Bella wants to make sure all three of them get kudos. 😆
As for ages, Dany was born in 2000. Pau in 2002, and Ale in December 2004.. So easy to remember.
🤘⚡🔥
Locura!!!
They played SoCal last spring. I saw them in San Diego on 4/30/23. You will probably have to wait until after the first of the year for them to come back around touring for the new album, unless you can do Tijuana on November 18.
Fun fact, you'll never hear Ale speak in a concert. The Ale chill bass player mystic, mastered.
Thank you so much!
I just happened to run across one of your later videos and I really enjoyed your reaction! I subscribed and started here for the journey with "The Warning ". ❤
Awesome! Thank you so much for love, support and subbing to our channel. Welcome to the fam.🤗😊
I continue with you for this happy experience…
Thanks and greetings from Mexico!! 🇲🇽
🤘😁✌️
Thank you so much! These ladies are amazing!! We can't wait to go rabbit hole with all their song.
Thank you!
Dany no doubt incredible front woman ..
Thank you for the great reaction. They are a little older than you think acgually. Dany is 23, Pau is 21 and Ale will be turning 19 in 2 months 🙂
They have been to California quite a few times. Dany 23
Thank you!
Animosity, yes as break up but not what you might think. My understanding is that this was a good friend who broke up with Pau. There is much more to it, but yes a bitter break up.
If Pau thinks that we should, we really had better!
They do have some ballads and power ballads, in addition to their rockers.
@@stephanschoneberg3453I can give you Linda McCartney, she joined wings, and Wings kept on going.
I🖤TW🤘
😊
🙋⚡⚡⚡🔥🔥🔥
Where in Cali are you guys. They have played LA many times, and they have played San Francisco at the Fillmore and I saw them live in Berkeley back in '22!
Thank you so much! We are on look out for their next tour in Northern California! We will definitely check it . :-)
@@PsiBellaMusic If they played the Concord Pavilion, it would be a dream come true.
Dany is 23, Pau is 21, and Ale is 18.
Edit: Ah just saw you did a reaction on Narcicista ... anyhow ... for me they don't need a dedicated person who should be the front-(wo)man.
fun fact, i think i have heard somewhere that Ale has a "pitch perfect" voice. too bad she is not comfortable singing lead vocals.
Animosity is a you pissed Pau off song about an ex-friend who didn't want to be friends with her anymore because she spent too much time with her band. Moral don't piss Pau off, ever. 😉
Dany is 23, Pau is 21 and Ale is 18
Z is short for generation z
What’s with you two and always talking about Pau. What about Ale? She’s incredible and those bass lines were amazing. make no mistake, there’s only one frontwoman/leader in the band and that’s Dany. Even Pau said Dany’s the boss, she leads the team from the front on most band related stuff. Older sister/protector as Rudy mentioned. Pau can’t sing 80% of TW songs because she doesn’t have the vocal range for it.
