Hello is it possible to lease on someone's else's authority insurance n dot while your authority n insurance ages with the same truck. So in other words u have ur truck with ur own authority let it age while u lease on to someone else's with ur truck

So I have to pay for insurance the whole time I’m waiting for my authority to get apporoved if I’m not even hauling in the mean time ??
