People just don't know about the magic of pressure cookers. I made a one pot ground beef stew with rice and brocolli in ubder 20 minutes just by dumping raw ingredients and some chicken broth and heavy cream and spices into an instant pot and cooking it on high pressure for 10 minutes and it manged to ground the beef, cook the rice, and give me tender brocolli. I had a weeks worth of delicious stew with plenty of nutrition. Don't even have to chop the brocolli. You can buy a bag of frozen florets of it for cheap. If youre struggling to eat healthy, one pot cooking will solve your problems

Simple thermodynamics, you burn calories by just being alive and everyone has their own TDEE or “total daily energy expenditure “ which is based on; height, age , weight and sex. Oh and you activity level. I literally have ate a good bit of the foods he’s saying not to eat for fat loss. But Thsts simply not the case. Your body is a machine, a machine that’s constantly working. Just look up TDEE and put your info in and track calories and then reap the rewards.

This video wasn't helpful ok, the only thing on that menu that makes you gain weight is the carbs and the sugar which is a lot. Every other thing else don't make you gain weight. Fat doesn't make you gain fat, remember that
I’m using Healthy choice for a cut they have a chicken and broccoli that’s 200 calories 30 grams protein 5 grams carb 10 fat and I use that as a breakfast meal by my house they have a 4 for 12 deal
Can someone explain me 1 thing, maybe I'm a noob in this.. But say you are 75-80kg, then you'd be eating 2000-2100 calories a day, why would a 700 calorie meal be excessive? I can eat that size 3 times a day and hit my goals. Obviously ones with better macros than these products.

If ur spending $6 for a microwaveable meal just buy a roll of lean ground beef or some chicken😂 or some salmon and cook it huge difference just meal prep I get it it sucks but it’s cheaper and a hell of a lot more convenient if u wanna lose weight you will put in the work and effort
