    They say eat five meals a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. How do you eat three meals a day with frozen dinners? Do they have breakfast, lunch & dinner meals? Thank you!

      Who is “they”? Eat breakfast within 90 min of waking then eat every 3-4 hours and stop eating 90 min before going to sleep so depending on each individual’s day some may eat 7 times other 4 times

    I had a Healthy Choice frozen Chicken Marinara meal explode and catch fire in my microwave after only 15 seconds. It filled three rooms with smoke and burnt my microwave. The company, Conagra refused to help.

    I intermittent fasting 16/8 to lose weight. I eat about 410 calories at lunch to break fast. How many calories should I be eating at dinner with these frozen dinners? Thanks

      I recommend my clients for days of “fasting” to eat a total of 700 calories in two meals. The other days something like 1200-1300 cal. Also, I use IF as a tool for those that have reached metabolic plateau after losing 25 pounds or more.
