Well done Chuck. Looks like an easy way to get some more power. I also like the tips for making things easier further into the process and how to not cross thread the plastic with the coarse screws. Little things like that can apply to many other situations and separate the pros from the wannabes.

Ninja 250 has velocity stacks in the stock air box. Before the filter.

Will the bike run normal/ reliable if I run this race setup with a proper tune and still daily my ninja? Or will I run into maintenance issues ?

This addition does not expedite the wear of your motorcycle.

After installing WORX V2 velocity stacks on my 24’ ninja 500, do I need to tune anything for proper functionality or no?

They work great without tuning but will be the most effective tuned. There's dynographs and information on the product listing at Gravesport.com

Just installed the v stacks but I’m having trouble connecting the fuel line at 28:24. Any causes or tips. Do I really just jam it on?

You should not be able to close the latch if it's not all the way engaged. Then do the pull tip we mentioned to test it.

Don’t worry about it bro I had a full tank of gas on my 400 it’s just heavier to lift and the tank it’s self has an automated shut off valve so the only gas leaking will be through the Hose he removed in the beginning of the vid

The rule-of-thumb for determining velocity stack length is that the longer the stack, the higher the torque curve in the RPM range. That is, longer stacks will give more torque at higher RPM, whereas, short stacks will produce added torque at lower RPM. So for me i'll keep the oem but for others a modification may be better.❤..

Right, that's the rule of thumb generally, BUT these and other similar products were dyno-developed. Not "this should probably work this way" but "This is the result we want, change the stack until we achieve it, then prove that with a graph".
