You can't attack with both SuperiorMode at end of turn.
Sadly both trigger at the same time, but you can't declare an attack during an attack, so one of them fizzles out.
I think the only winning play was digivolving the new stack to the Quartzmon with blocker, and hoping he didn't had an option to remove it. This match-up is rough for Hunters :(
