Hey just remember that with calling of darkness it states that you must grab “up to two” Digimon from the trash so if you want to you can grab just one to keep your hand size small.
I also took belphe to my regionals, and funnily enough my theory on how the deck should be built is very similar to this persons list, UNFORTUNATELY I didn't play A SINGLE ROYAL KNIGHT, so my 3 psychemons were dead useless in all my matches
Mist isn’t as good because you can not choose what will be discarded it just trashes from trash, and there will be a possibility you trash a card you need. Purple mem allows you to cycle threw the deck and getting a card you need potentially. Gift is just really good to run due to being able to pop a digimon and digivolve into a belphe.
@@jameslombardi17can’t speak on his behalf, i would say asta plays out lvl 4s already and you have many card effects that allow you to draw and discard already.
@@jeanmunoz5903 I ran underworlds for a bit and actually didn't like it. Either i'd actually draw a card i needed or drew into something i couldn't use yet which then kept my hand size the same. Also never liked hard playing to bring something back since i ran no mem tamers so i couldn't maintain turn. It's not a bad card don't get me wrong but from playing belphe i didn't do as much as i waited it too. That's just me tho
@TonyPino18 zwart is a dead card and gets pitched 10/10 times. For turbo base, impmon bt6 or even a 3rd nid would be better. If you want to focus on "combos" sure, zwart or whatever other tech is cool.
@@hippopotamus91 I know y’all mentioned it in the video but why do y’all think it’s a dead card? Being able to summon Astamon and a Gizmon seems strong because you can end on a board of Zwart, Belphemon: Sleep Mode, and Gizmon XT.

I run 3 mist memory boost instead of the gift of darkness. Why is it better the gift over the memory boost?

it is because you want to have your hand as low as you can to hit with rage mode always

Why not use ruin mode as level 7 or deathx?
It's a turbo build. Don't need ruin mode or death x when RM is technically death x and with tamers and gift, you take care of any level.

You really don’t want to get rid of your Belphemon so Zwart make sense if you can make a 2nd Belphemon stack.
