- Race between a Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V-spec and a Toyota AE86 Trueno with a special twist at the ending! Decided to make a cinematic from the replay just for fun.

for those that dont know:
he passed because the gtr (being an ai) neutered his corner exit speed by braking way too much because of its programmed line. and since the 86 is a more coasty car he was able to get side by side, if the gtr wasn't an ai and was able to adapt it wouldn't be possible because of the awd acceleration out of corners. but yeah nice job keeping up, i wonder what your pb on akina is.
i kinda wonder too, aren't the current settings a bit too bright for the mod? since if done online, the blind attack would be like in IDAS 4, where you could still see the rival's car.
@@sixteenthbluemoon7606 the thing about "blind attacks" is that they dont work, and the the reason being is just basic attacking and defending. its no different than sweeping an open inside and taking a position because you can just avoid being passed just by having a decent defense. whats kinda funny is that ive seen a lotta people try it on touge servers and it almost never works lol now what does freak people out is if you switch off your lights and just keep following for the hell of it, its really funny to see them hesitate too.

@@sixteenthbluemoon7606 well it depends on the opponent, if its a beginner that hasn't gone over pressure then sorta, but to everyone else its just for fun cause it wont really do anything lol

Hey, love this and your other videos man! I run StarCraft Remastered tournaments (not very big, but I do it for fun anyways). I'm looking at doing like a eurobeat themed tournament and I was wondering if I properly credit you and everything if I could use a few clips from this video as backgrounds to my overlay? Idk I just used the headlights mod and AssettoByNight moony weather. Hope that helps

Instead of the first stage 86 you should of used the final stage 86s bc blind attack works better with that version of the 86, other than that its a great vid

Pretty sure a lot of this is just stock, but I don't remember. These are the settings I use though.

Should have used Forever Young Instead of Heartbeat
I feel like Heartbeat fits this scene better, since the race ends right after - it's like a victory theme of sorts. Forever Young was used in the first blind attack mid-race, and thus it fit the race really well by extending into the latter part and thereby acting as background music during the race itself.
But like I said it would take alot of time to re edit this video

That’s the premise of the fucking show he’s portraying, it’s called plot armor, and also he should’ve lost cuz slip angle would give him the best traction but he drifted some corners fully. It’s just for the sake of entertainment
