Epic video - car sounds amazing and wish you guys were closer to me. Forge blow off valve also? Do you find any issues with these when tuning with DSG and shift lag?
Yes forge vta recirc valve. We based our tuning on over 1000hours with our own demo car 5 years ago. 90% of cars we do are the DSG variant without concerns.
NV Motorsport UK sorry, I meant DSG shifts with the Forge valve...I know you guys know your Cupras. I ended up pulling my Forge BV off cos it just felt it lagged the shifts a bit but maybe it was the map I was with (Revo)! Should’ve come to you guys! Really good vid. 👍🏼
@@philipbeart8387 there is actually a calibration table for throttle and diverter behaviour on shift. Other option is to lower torque reduction between shifts.

Great video mate, didn't mention about how shit the stock clutch is and what you changed it for to run at stage 2 or even stage one, maybe a mention to people who want to get to achieve this as its one of the biggest and most exspensive mods on a manual cupra, i know as i have a stage 2 cupra and wasnt cheap to get there 👍

Just a quick insight to Stage 2 tuning and the importance of correct tuning. 6 speed manual versions are rare!
What original clutch can take?
@@LC-vp6dz mine started slipping with 400nm lol
@@FOM58 Manuals have soft clutches. Can start slipping running stock power. Best first mod you can do to this is buy an uprated clutch.

Not one to normally like exhaust notes but that sounds sick. Great informative video aswell. Definitely use your services when the time comes!
Great vid, man knows his stuff 👌. Love the Cupra

Do you check for the play in the turbo shaft on these IS38 turbos?

Yes

Not surge as such.. more wastegate control
Super like 😀👍

A true 76mm exhaust is what allows for the 400 figure.. anything less than that Bore will compromise output
