    This is a 20-minute mindfulness meditation for self-kindness and to be with ourselves as we are.
    We practice lying down, and you may choose to lie on your yoga mat, a couch or your bed. You might like a light blanket to cover you, to ensure that you remain warm enough through-out the practice.
