I love when people give that latin, salsa rhythm to bossa standards, but as a Brazilian, not to criticize or anything, that's not how you play a bossa. I think you can learn a lot from Brazilians playing, cuz I know a lot of early jobim records had Ron Carter and he created a lot of bass rhythms for the genre, but here in this country thats not how we play
Yes, you’re totally right! I am still learning how to get this Latin feeling. I am playing Bass now for 1 year now (I was 15 when i started). I started playing the bass because i fell in love with the beautiful Bossa Nova👐🏻 Thank you for the comment! 🙏 Hopefully, I will get better 😂👍🏻
