Hi Even, nice that you share your studio Setup with us, it is very inspirational specially for young people. Nice books too like Machanika from Doug Chiang, but after more than 35 years buying instructional art books I can say that there are only 3 books that all serious aspiring artist should have at home: "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain", "The Natural Way to Draw" and "Animation: From Script to Screen". In these 3 books I've found the most useful secrets about learning to draw.
That has got to be the best artist setup I've seen on YT. I so wish I had one like that. I do everything on a freaking wooden pad.
That's when I was a Warner Bros Animation. Teen Titans was a LOT of work--but also a LOT of fun.
I just left in my video response. I made it about a few weeks ago after getting a huge inquiry myself on how I record my own drawings. Hope you enjoy it. And like I tell all of my subscribers, Every single artist has a different setup for recording and that is really cool. Thanks for sharing this Evan!

It's a table top. I don't like having drawers that get in the way. I love my leg room
I put my camera on a higher platform I front of me, then in editing, I flip it around! Quite simple but works pretty well and is much cheaper than buying a stand!
Awesome dude. I'm more of a stop motion animation person, but I really enjoyed this. So when I get old enough, and get my own place, I can kinda see what sort of space I need.

Nice studio/workspace setup, Evan! It's given me some ideas for my own space. Storage and organization are factors I'm dealing with. Slow but fun process finding the right shelf or bin for my stuff. Would love to see an updated tour. Thanks for posting.

Very nice video. Nice house too. Very inspiring for us family guys. Shows how we can balance the wife and kids with the drawing.

I have Mechanica. That's random. I found it in an alley by my house, with a bunch of other cool art books. It was so cool. I use them to this day.
Very cool room and drawing area. It'd be nice if I had that many reference books and comics. I bet I could get just a couple things from that site and use an extra cymbal stand to get a sturdy camera up if I decide to do any drawing videos for a contest or something on here.

Nice setup man, buying my first house. You gave me great ideas for my cave of paradise.
Wow what a cool studio and nice camera setup too. My setup is pretty cheap and simple. I just use my old video cam connect it to a foldable tri-pod stand and either make it stand it's full length and place it next to the desk or put it on the side of my desk that isn't being used. I then connect my camera to my laptop and record onto it or if I go to stream it I use a stream that way too. :)

This is a very dope set up! My work area is pretty basic but it helps me stay focused and get the job done. Lol
