about the nostalgia thing, katie has done at least one collection about things that are nostalgic for her (for her birthday? last year or the year before?) but maybe like more of a ~ decade~ theme or some "for children" soaps
Up till now I'd only seen Royalty Soaps on Facebook, where there's no commentary and only music. Me: Wow, very beautiful soaps, I can only assume the person making them is very precise and serious. Katie: Adorable soap dork who 'ooh's in delight. Did not expect.
I actually really like this format. Having four little soaps in one video, the editing is snappy and the energy is high, the intro and outro are brief without losing Katie's personality, new things can be tried like separating the pastel frosting in the bag, and there's more of the blending and pouring/swirling and piping and just all that good soapy visual asmr. I'd love more videos like this.
it would be cool if you did a series like this where you pick a few different colors and make 4 different styles (or designs) of soap loafs using the same batch/colors
I started watching you about a month or so ago and I have binged almost all of your videos. You are so inspiring. I have wanted to make soap for 20 years and finally decided to give it a go, so I wanted to do some research and happened upon your channel. I am so glad I did. Thank you for your joy and enthusiasm you have for soap making and helping others learn. I started making a list of all the soaps I wanted to make and before I had a chance to get started I started seeing all my ideas in your soap. I know that doesn't mean I can't still do them, as you have said there isn't anything that hasn't been done by someone else. And I know my ideas will be different than yours. Again, thank you for continuing to inspire.

That's a perfect idea! Katie loves Halloween and this would make a great soap with a purple and orange drop swirl. Put a purple, orange, and black piped top with spider, bat, and pumpkin embeds.
