INGREDIENTS for the chantilly cream:
250 ml of fresh whipping cream + a spoonful of sugar
550 ml of milk
100 grams of sugar
4 large yolks
25 gr of corn starch
25 gr of "00" flour
the zest of an organic lemon cut into pieces
INGREDIENTS for the pastry:
150 grams of sugar
1 large whole egg
3 large egg yolks
the grated zest of an organic lemon
500 gr of "00" flour
a 16 g sachet of baking powder, vanilla
140 gr of soft lard (or butter or oil)
INGREDIENTS for the final decorations:
chopped pistachios, colored sugar roses, and whatever you like best
COOKING:
15 - 20 minutes at 180 °, oven tray 35x35

INGREDIENTI per la crema chantilly:
- 250 ml di panna fresca da montare + un cucchiaio di zucchero
- 550 ml di latte
- 100 gr di zucchero
- 4 tuorli grandi
- 25 gr di amido di mais
- 25 gr di farina "00"
- la scorza di un limone bio tagliata a pezzi
INGREDIENTI per la frolla:
- 150 gr di zucchero
- 1 uovo intero grande
- 3 tuorli grandi
- la scorza grattugiata di un limone bio
- 500 gr di farina "00"
- una bustina da 16 gr di lievito per dolci, vanigliato
- 140 gr di strutto morbido ( oppure burro o olio)

- granella di pistacchi, rose di zucchero colorate, e tutto ciò che più vi piace

Marta ho guardato la pizza con gli albumi bel genio sei stata ,e' veloce farla si puo' mettere anche qualche acciuga o un po' di gorgonzola? X mio marito.Albumi c' è ne vanno 350g. ? Cosa faccio con tutti i tuorli. Mentre sono qui' ti volevo chiedere x fare la torta che ai fatto alla tua mamma 70 che misura puo' avere,adesso guardo ancora il video .ciao e grazie,fai sempre delle cose Bellissime.
Ciao tesoro ! Sì puoi farcirla come preferisci! Con i tuorli puoi fare creme pasticcere oppure crostate ! Vanno bene 350 gr ! Per la torta escono belli grandi I numeri !

Ti chiedo cosi' mi so regolare x il mio Compleanno in Ottobre,i mesi volano No io la faccio come la tua anche la crema.Uguale.
