    Thank you so much for the help. I am a beginner and my machine only has 4 silver springs and 5 yellow ropes. Which ones should I be doing when you say red and blue?

      its hard to know but my guidance would be... if I say 10 reps and it feels really easy with whatever you choose, add more. it should feel challenging around reps 8-10
