    Rachel I just got a reformer and this was my first workout on it, my whole body is sore. This was the best Pilates workout I’ve done! Subscribed to your channel 😁

    This is my first class of yours and I loved it! The faster pace is a nice change from other TH-cam reformer workouts I've done.

    I like how u admit that something is tough even tho it looks so effortless ... also to take down a spring to keep a good form rather then pushing though.thank u

      I’m so glad u like them! I did stop making them bc they weren’t performing as well as my wall pilates and weights workouts 😕 My friend Reed (Atlantis Pilates & Fitness on TH-cam) makes great reformer workouts once u get through mine!

      @@rachelsfitpilates thank you so much I understand! They are pricey and not everyone has access to them!

    Thank you. Great class. I’m doing the 28 day challenge 🎉. One question, I don’t really understand what you do with the hand straps. I think mine are slightly different with a hand grip inside the foot grip.

    • @rachelsfitpilates
      @rachelsfitpilates  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Mine is just one size so doubling it up makes the strap smaller which works nicely for arm work. If u have a smaller loop there is no need to change anything

    Good morning, what brand of reformer do you use

  • @silviateixido7344

    What reformer machine are you using?

    I found the arm exercises so confusing. Especially the V to a T. Just had no idea what I was suppose to be doing 😅

    • @rachelsfitpilates
      @rachelsfitpilates  หลายเดือนก่อน

      aw sorry! its hard to see from that angle. T is directly out to the side, palms face in and bring them down by your side. V raise them halfway up , and bring them down by your hips again. I hope that helps!

    If you don't have that machine then?

    • @rachelsfitpilates
      @rachelsfitpilates  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      These workouts are specifically for people with reformers. I do have a workout you can try that simulates the machine.. it requires a few pieces of equipment. I’ll be making more workouts like this! th-cam.com/video/a0csAR1suzo/w-d-xo.html
