There is no reason to remove the interior panel if it's power windows, that's the whole reason the regulator motor has it's own access panel on the outside.
you done good, you should correct other youtuber mistakes, this can help much more people, like I did, 1 help 10,10 help 100.

Im having a tough time putting back the aluminum piece at 8:55, the rotating collar on the inside ends up on the wrong side of the tabs on the aluminum piece when tightening. I cant figure out what im doing wrong, you reinstalled yours with no struggle at all
do you know just one step before you put the outer panel back, that door inner part , you need to use a o-ring to hold the top hinge 7:34 , so it won't come off after you fit the outer panei, I thing last time it broken people didn't put it back.

I think every cars should design like this, panel replace east.
Seems very similar to front door procedure. I think you can do this job without removing inner panel/door card as you can access the complete motor assembly by detaching the metal panel from outer side.
that one large one small window plastic pins ,you can just hammer the pin, it will drop to the back down easy..
What can i do if the little piece of the handle that comes out first is stuck even if I tried several times with the torx screwdriver

Oddly enough I have a 2013 Jetta sportwagon tdi rear passenger with the exact same problem, wondering if you figured this out
front door panel need to take care more when doing , only can open half way to do and easy touch the front panel, rear door an open full, just need to open the front door.

they should use plastic rivets or other , that why 90% people don't put those back, may be they don't know or they know they don't want to, I did that, but I don't know what that plastic for, do you?

how to hold the window up??

This procedure is wrong on the outer handle. You must hold the handle in the open position while turning the t20 carrier screw for removal and installation.
This isn't the same on an 09 Jetta Wagon.
