- this is a quick review of the features and functions in the 2019 Honda Accord EX. If you are considering purchasing one, or have already purchased one, this is a nice refresher over with the vehicle has to offer.
this video taught me so much. I left the dealer a little confused and I'm pretty happy with how much I learned in 15 mins.

I cannot believe they didn’t offer blind spot monitoring on the sport.. hell on all models thats needs to be standard safety
It comes on the sport 2.0T, just not the normal sport

The Sport 2.0 T does have Smart entry plus a sunroof and leather seats and power driver seat
The steering wheel buttons are so much nicer looking & better feeling in the Accord. The ones in all of the Civics are pretty lame. Sucks because I'm going for a Civic Hatchback Sport Touring by the end of this year
Great video, thanks for reading the manual for us. I noticed Honda eliminated the right lane turn camera.
Honda is moving away from the Lane watch camera and toward Blind Spot monitoring in most of our vehicles.
@@JustinFullerReviews That's fortunate since the lane camera was not clear in showing how far away a side car was. Plus the blind spot monitoring is a better technology.

I should have gotten the EX instead of the sport. Damn I messed up...
Daniel N For me, sport has a better deal than EX without spending too much. I mean it’s got leather which this car doesn’t have. You can get the sensors on your mirror by going to your dealer and get it installed and get added to your monthly, which in my case is $2 more. The sunroof is whatever, I mean I rarely used mine with the Civic EX I had before the 1.5t sport. What a bummer is the smart entry but it’s all good too because I actually like locking and unlocking the car manually :))
J D yessir I just found out the “leather wrapped” steering wheel and shift knob is actually just covered in vinyl as well as the bolstering
I was getting the sport but was able to bargain the guy to give me the ex for 1000 more than what he was giving me sport for. Sport looks sexier but the features on ex was worth the upgrade.

is there a button to turn all the lights on in the car? I tried switching the back lights on from the front but had no luck
Should be a switch on the roof to the right of the moonroof control. You can switch it and turn on the interior lights.
Navigation? Or only for touring?
You have access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in this model. That will allow you to use your phones navigation. Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps.
Which model offers a sunroof?
Any way the car can show my speed digitally without spending 36k to get a hud
You could get a Civic and save money and get this....
Nope. There is a digital speedometer, but only shows KPH. Really stupid that Honda didn't make a MPH option for the digital.
Do you get a digital speedometer on the left-side gauge?
Accord runs with only analog.
Can you easily add paddle shifters to an EX by swapping the steering wheel with one that has em?
Do not believe so, but you could ask a service department to see how doable it is.
It's kind of a joke to have paddle shifters on a CVT at all though, since CVT doesn't shift. They just make a sound like you're shifting and nothing more. Basically a toy.

@@Andresrest09 Sport has stiffer suspension, but I like the look of it better. If a moonroof or blindspot monitoring are super important to you then the EX is the way to go. Overall for the tech I like and exterior look I would save some dollars and get the Sport. That is just my opinion on style and features though....
2.0 Sport has keyless entry.
can u get leather & navigation in the ex model
You can add aftermarket leather to the EX and use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for navigation. If that works then yes....

You can always add leather to it. Or get the EXL - it comes with leather.
The sport 2.0 has all the features of the ex model excluding the wood trim with the sport wheels

I have noticed no paddle shifters for lx, ex and ex-l ... only sport models and touring .. I have the sport and I use the paddle shifters love it

Justin, thanks for the great review. I have a question. I have a 2018 2.0t sport. Is there a way to display a digital speedometer in mph. I can get km/h in the center of the dash cluster but can not figure out how to get mph, if it’s even possible. Thanks.
