@@goldzemia1995 True, my 2013 Mazda 6 is already 95k miles, with few problems even tho maintenance and services are quite expensive, pretty much reliable sedan here in Indonesia.
My first car is an 18 Mazda 6, infotainment is really easy to use after a day of driving. No need to reach or touch the screen just to leave off finger prints. Easy to browse without moving anything but your fingers.
The Accord's Styling is somewhat more premium and makes you look like a smart business man, while the Mazda 6's styling is purely for driver's preference. Personally, I don't think the styling of both cars are bad, by any means. I love the Accord's premium exterior design though, just sort of makes me feel better.
Just bought a Mazda 6. Compared the Camry, Accord, 6 and a used Lexus ES 350. The Camry was quickly rejected by my wife although that was my first choice going in. Found out the new transmissions aren't up to par just yet. The Accord just didn't impress me. It was ok but combined with a CVT and Turbo and the drop in Honda's reliability scared me away from the Accords. The Accord was very high on my list to start too... The Mazda actually wasn't on my radar until I started research. I had a hard time finding things I didn't like about the car. Even then they were small items. Last minute we tried a Lexus ES 350 slightly used. It was amazing but the price point was a little high and the colors/interior were a little old fashion. This ended being a close second. We are happy with our choice on the Mazda 6. Having owned a Toyota, Honda and a Mazda prior to this purchase I think I had some good background to make my choice.
My man. How can you buy a car and not know anything about their powertrains*. Your "Accord 6" I'm assuming it was also pre-owned? I loved dummies like you when I was selling cars. Sure, it's a 6, with a CVT.
Honda 1.5t has CVT. But 2.0t has conventional auto . The 10 speed transmission is super quick and unbelievably smooth. You will know what I mean when you drive it.
Mazda 6 for me. 0-60mph is the most useless test for real world Drive in a family sedan.30-50mph 50-70mph ... are way more important in my opinion From car and Driver. The 6’s combination of immediate torque and fewer gears has it easily ahead of both the Honda and the Toyota in 30-to-50-mph and 50-to-70-mph acceleration, where Mazda’s claim to responsiveness is best substantiated. And rolling acceleration, so essential for merging and passing, is arguably a more important metric than standing-start launches for a mid-size sedan
Nice presentation. Just one note: It would have been good to include average maintenance costs and reliability trends for the specific models you're comparing. Thanks!
Maintenance and realibility are very good. Only downsizr if something brakes down is it more expensive then other makes. But usually not that much difference. Not like French cars fe. One note. Extra. Automatic gear shifter better not combinate with awd. Honda gives more pleasure at driving...
@@2004cyrus Only thing being, the CVTs have not proven to be universally reliable. If the transmission fails, it's a very expensive fix. Mazda doesn't use CVTs.
@@MSGtJimator just got a 2019 white signature . The white leather interior. The Bose sound system is amazing. All the chrome accents really compliment the vehicle and give it a more luxury vibe. Heads up display is also super nice. Of course the 250 hp and all the torque is great. Only thing I wish was if it came with AWD. Other than that it's an amazing car for the price.
Dustin Jennings well I'm loving both. But just read that Mazda is re doing the 6 next year. So I want to wait and see how that's going to look before I decide. But I may go with the Accord otherwise, being I like to interact with the infotainment system alot..and Honda had a better one. But it's tough, I test drove a 6 yesterday it felt good. I haven't test drive the Accord yet though. Shall see!
The Mazda6 2.5T has the same 1/4 mile trap speed of 93.4 mph as the Accord 2.0T 10-speed. I really don’t know why people like the Mazda tbh I would definitely buy an accord over the Mazda I had a 3.5 2014 accord and no problems sold it and bought a pilot 3.5 6spd

I'm not a fan of CVT's either but how many vehicles would you be buying? Honda's 2.0L turbo and 10 speed transmission are a great combination. Purchase one and no one will force you to buy a CVT version as well.
Stephen Hendricks I’d have to stick with used. I’ve driven them. Trying to get ahead of a semi merging into a highway is not fun. The sluggishness hasn’t been improved. Its unacceptable for a $20k and up auto. Come up with a better engine solution otherwise I’ll stick to autos that have auto or manual trans with a good warranty.
Rev limits Mazda used to be owned by Ford, that’s when the reliability was an issue. However, now they are made in japan going back to its original roots. That being said Honda is definitely the more reliable company but Mazda is not far off anymore.
@Rev limits my sister has a 2008 Mazda 6 with 275k. Only thing other than normal maintenance at the dealership, the fuel pump went out a few months ago. It has been a great car.

When I was in the market looking for a car last May, I sat in just about every mid priced sedan. The most comfortable seat was Mazda by far. The least comfortable was Camry, which felt like sitting on a cardboard box. My model was just below the Signature, which comes without the metal strip on the upper portion of the seat. For me comfort is the final test , and I’m happy to say that this car is just as comfortable as my previous Mercedes or BMW and just as much fun to drive.
Indeed....having tried all 3 (6, accord, camry), I would say that generally Toyota (including lexus unfortunately, considering its price level), while known for its engine reliability, is probably not a car with the best 'fun to drive' or comfort factor, with the exception perhaps the Land Cruiser
I'm a honda guy as well, but I wasnt crazy about the cvt in 2014. The mazda interior was also much nicer. That said the interior in noisy. I have 100,000 on it and it's been flawless. You cant go wrong with either of them
Any car will be great for the first few years, I'm just as interested in how it will drive at 200,000 miles. So being a Honda guy I drove to the dealer in 2014 to get a n Accord Sport. Till I drove it. I did not like the CVT and wasn't about to buy a new type of transmission like that. So I bought a Mazda 6. It now has 102,000 miles on it and I haven't had a single problem. It still drives like it did when I bought it and I'm averaging 31.1 MPG. I've been very happy with it and I don't think I'll go back to Honda.
In 2016 I was buying my first new car and test drove a Corolla, Civic, and Mazda3. Compared to the competition, the Mazda3 felt sooo much better-built. The only thing I regret is that the Mazda3 model I got says it was built in Mexico, not Japan. =( I hope it is just as reliable though. 45,000 miles later and I still love driving it so far.
I fell in love with their cars the first time I drove a Mazda 6. The steering feels heavy and the styling feels solidly built. You just can't get that level of quality from the other brands.
Mazda's are great cars and fun to drive. My old 626 with a manual gearbox was reliable and responsive. However no manual gearbox on 626, and only on highest trim Mazda 3. So for now it is Honda which offers manual gearbox on Civic and Accord. No doubt about the fun factor with the manual transmission. Car makers should do more to encourage their fun to drive qualities. Advertise and educate the younger buyer.
Just bought the Mazda 6 for my wife. It boiled down to the look of the car for her. We drove Camry, Accord, Passat, several SUV’s. In the end she preferred the Mazda... the Accord was a very close second. In my opinion both are beautiful and a worthy choices.
Very much appreciate your review...I think, however, you had already decided to like Honda better...admittedly I was rooting for the Mazda. I subscribed and am looking forward to future reviews.
The Mazda’s design inside and out just looks so much more premium and sleek. The accord looks good but in my opinion the Mazda’s in a whole other league. Also, you cannot beat a Mazda in the fun department. I used to own a Mazda 3 and that thing was a shit ton of fun to drive. Edit: plus the Mazda is a complete Japanese machine. The accord is pretty well an American car.
I have never been disappointed by Marysville (4 Accords since 1998) or East Liberty (2000 Civic). I have had a few, my dad a few from Marysville and they have been outstanding. My 2008 CRV was built in Japan, and 1 1994 Accord I had years ago. Honestly all great cars.
Flash363 no offense, i respect thst, but i don’t care where the car is made, i care about the better car. They’re both great but i prefer the more powerful engine and better tech of the Honda. I do like the Mazda’s interior better though, no doubt.
I bought a New Mazda 6 in 2015, still going strong, feels like new still, Ive only replaced the tie rods, batteries and tires, I love the car so much that I had to get one for my wife, a 2021 with 14k miles and we are very happy about our mazdas.
I currently drive Mazdas and have owned Hondas in the past. The new Accord is nice except for the chrome bull dog front end. Overall if I bought another sedan I would get the Mazda.
Man this guy was hilarious and informative at the same time .. I'm starting to like this channel and would like to see more of Craig ..not your average review guy
No it’s not, it’s only slightly above average. The sound stage is very front focused even with the balance and fader is at stock settings. They put the two “subs” in the front doors which means it rattles if u play hip hop at half volume or more, super annoying.
I have a Mazda and I love it....this is my 3rd and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. And, I have the red....get so many compliments. Mazda never lets me down.
Honda makes absolutely amazing cars. The most perfect combo of cars is Honda-Lexus. Acuras are a bit meh lately (although things are improving) and Toyota are meh too. Lexus for luxury, Honda for regular.
Sharpshooter 02, well that’s your opinion...I prefer something diff and not too common. When you drive something common you blend in the crowd but if diff, you tend to stand out...
Both are very reliable to be honest! Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus, and Mazda are the best 3 right now, Ford has some good models too, I'll take either of them...
Mazda doesn't last. Two my close friends made a mistake as they admitted them-self. Both picked the Mazda with lease option. Both were exceptionally unhappy and moved away to other brands. Tons of issues: Customer service is terrible. Mazda didnt want to fix obvious issues, very weak paint, the list goes on. One picked Honda, second one picked Volvo S60.
I'm I the only one who thinks this Accord looks too handsome for a mainstream car! I really really like this design, much better than this Mazda. Honda should've put a fastback hatch on it.
I had mine parked next to the new Audi A7 and they have almost the same body lines and shoulder lines. It is a great looking car in the right color and wheel package.
I have never guess Mazda, I have a 2003 Mazda 6 and I LOVE it, looking forward to Buying the 2019 Mazda 6. Honda is Great, But they have got way too expensive for me.
Our(Edmund's)2018 Honda Accord EX-L stickered for $30,865, including destination. Over the course of a year, we added 13,302 miles to our odometer. In this condition, the Edmunds TMV Calculator valued the Accord at $23,815 based on a private-party sale. That works out to 22.8% depreciation, which is slightly worse than the fleet average of 22% average. The depreciation level is even worse when you consider that the majority of our cars pass the 20,000-mile mark. Edmund's longterm Accord
I enjoyed the video comparison. Not sure how you came up with the 0-60 time of 7.4 for the Mazda6. Road & Track which has been testing cars far longer. They clocked the Mazda6 at 6.4 and felt it would be even better if Mazda put better tires on the car instead of all season. The Accord they tested had performance summer tires on it. They also had different real world fuel economy numbers. In there testing the Mazda6 easily beat the stated fuel economy numbers and the Accord. fell short of its numbers. There are many variables that can affect the empirical numbers. Altitude, road surfaces, temperature and wind just to name a few. Both cars are good choices but I would go with the Mazda6 for styling exterior/interior, reliability and design. Honda’s styling is way to busy for my taste and if you don’t buy the top of the line touring model you get stuck with a CVT as your transmission unless you like a manual. CVT no thanks, would never buy a car with a CVT. If look at overall MFG reliability ratings Mazda is above Honda and Nissan.
We did very basic zero-to-60 testing. Nothing fancy, no racetrack, no $10,000 computer system measuring 50 vehicle parameters or anything like that. We were aiming to see which of these cars delivered better performance in normal, everyday use. As you saw, the Accord ended up being WAAAY faster. It feels like a friggin' sports car and, frankly, I was shocked by its performance. But the interesting thing is, the Mazda6 really doesn't seem that much slower than the Honda. It has SO MUCH midrange punch it's effortless to drive, even if it's a touch slower off the line. Thanks for watching! - Craig
AutoGuide.com Thanks Craig for your reply. I enjoy your videos as I stated in my original post. Just wanted other viewers to realize the Mazda6 is not as slow as 7.4 to sixty as was alluded to in the video. As most will agree buyers in this segment are not as worried about specs as they are reliability and fuel economy and comfort. Keep up the fun videos 👍
The Accord comes with all season tires, not summer performance. And the 2.0 models come with a 10 speed, not a CVT. And you can get that combo in both Sport and EX-L trims as well, not just the Touring. Get your facts straight before making stupid comments
Travis Abele You obviously didn't read my post. I never said the touring model had a CVT. I stated that is you do not buy a touring model you get a CVT and sated you can get a manual tranny. I also stated the Accord Road & Track tested came with summer tires. So you need to read and comprehend better
The Mazda 6 is just beautiful...I ALWAYS look back at it when I park LOL and I frequently have forgotten that I was driving a Mazda because the interior is echelons above anything else in the class...its like they literally lifted the interior from a VW CC or an Audi A4. I have the red too, and that color...exquisite, it's almost jewel like when the sunlight hits it. For the record... Japanese Cars should be made in Japan (Honda) ...its not reeeeaaaaallly Japanese if its build in the US is it now? Purity matters. Get yo self a Mazda 6 and get yo life :)
I personally hate the Accords front fascia. It looks like a locomotive. Too high and blunt 😉 The Mazda oozes luxury materials and handsome good looks. Looks even better in the dark blue paint, then the Soul Red.
I’ve had my 2018 Mazda 6 GT reserve for two years now and it’s been treating me so well . It’s so easy to drive with the tq. Big plus for living near many steep hills
Oh yeah, it's because of where the turbo is placed, and how the engine manipulates the boost. The GT is a bit more diffrent then the normal Mazda, but overall still the same core. Ask Mazda only for a bigger turbo.
I’ve owned a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t with manual and all I can say, it’s a blast to drive. Great overall car. No issues with a bit over 31k miles. Yes, I drive a lot.
I live in Southern California so, we don’t have much of a winter. But I would like some more grip out of the tires. I lose traction on mild take offs but good overall.
I actually love the knob control for the display - it works superb. I don’t have to lift my hand either to reach for the screen. Not sure why some people complain about it. I’ve had cars without a knob control and those systems suck.
Does the Mazda have better build quality, 100 % made in Japan? It just might. Is its 6 speed transmission likely to have fewer long term problems than 10 speed Honda? Complexity invites trouble.

As a life long Honda fan I drive a 2017 Mazda 6 GT now. I am very dissapointed with these Turbo Earthdreams engines. My Civic 1.5 Turbo had so much oil dilution. I have seen a lot of high milage SKYACTIV Mazdas that sound and look great, the owners all had the Routine done and the usual wear parts (tires, breaks etc...) Mazda has more experience with Turbocharging. Even with half a liter more displacement and fewer gears it still got better real world fuel economy. I have seen 6.4 0-100(60) times. If you are going to get an Accord get the Hybrid. That is the best Accord right now.

The mazda looks better inside and out. While looks are subjective, most consider the 6 one of the best looking cars and an interior that rivals some luxury makes I’ve heard many comments about the Honda being “ ugly as sin”.

Honda is overall better car but what really surprises me the sales ratio 10:1 Honda Accord Vs Mazda 6. More buyers should be buying the wonderful Mazda 6.
Nobody buys the Honda over here because they don't offer the model anymore in the Netherlands. Honda is probably heading the same way as Daihatsu over here. They don't offer what people want at expensive prices and service costs. The only Honda you can buy in future with four wheels will probably be a lawn mower.

should've done your research before buying such a new Accord! I own a 2019 Mazda 6 Grand Touring even though I wanted either the Touring or GTR (Reserve), but I needed the car in the Deep Crystal Blue color (they didn't have it in the Reserve), but I got the best deal in the country, so I can't complain! Been using Sport mode a bit more than originally and the the handling is soo smooth, especially in Sport mode! Barely loose any speed when taking curves in Sport mode, and it seems even faster while taking curves! Even the Touring level on the Mazda 6 is a great buy (as long as you're okay with no turbo) - it has lots of luxurious components like syn leather sport seats (firm yet plush and comfortable), heated seats, electric seat adjustments and moonroof! The second lowest trim (Touring) is so high-end for a "non-luxury" and I could've got it brand new in October 2019 for $25,700 out the door!
I just picked up my 2019 2.0T Sport manual 6-speed Accord, and I have to agree with this review. I had previously driven a Mazda6 4 cylinder in manual and both are great cars, but the Accord is a bit of a one-up in some ways, though I did drive the Mazda6 with the old interior a couple years back. I felt the Mazda6 had enough power from the regular 2.5 litre engine and the manual was great, suspension was good and I loved the look. Where the Mazda6 is a bit better is with small road level changes and bumps, but the Accord better with bigger bumps, which gives the illusion of higher suspension travel. But.............. Before I even watched this review I said the exact same thing about the Accord's brakes. I said it's like driving a video game. Sometimes it responds spot on, other times there is a small feeling of delay and then stronger bite, other times it feels like there are "steppings" or "zones" in the brake pedal travel where it grabs a bit, and then harder. Good thing I bought manual so I can do some engine braking. The 10-speed is nice, but the rubber band feeling typical of turbo delay was too much with the auto for me. Great review though and I agree 99.735%.

This was an extremely well done comparison. I agree that the Accord 2.0T engine/trans is slighly better and definitely faster off the line. Much of this should go to the Accord 10-speed trans. I just bought a 2021 Mazda6 GT Reserve which I believe is the better car for me. I could not get past the exterior styling of the Accord.... and the stereo absolutely SUCKS...... and I never use that word to describe anything....other than the Accord's stereo system. For me - the Mazda6 was the better overall package - I preferred the interior and exterior styling. It handles extremely well and feels more refined overall. Is fast enough and always feels relaxed.... has amazing torque. The transmission - many say it is old and outdated - but it actually shifts very fast in manual mode and is never hunting for the right gear. AND the Bose branded stereo actually sounds pretty good.... much, much better than the Accord's. Suggestion - if mentioning the infotainment system in a review (very subjective) - then you should also mention the stereo system.
I was looking at these same two cars and decided to ignore rumors of 'oil delusion' engine problems, and Honda's 'water-based' paint peeling within three years, and just purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport 1.5t CVT. The deciding factors for me were the look, handling, gadgets, back seat and trunk size, and Honda's reputation for reliability.
@@mbenton6 You won't find the volume of Hondas/Toyotas with high mileage in a Mazda though. High resale value probably helps keep a Honda/Toyota on the road for 350-500,000 miles. I can easily find one on cars.com or auction sites, whereas a 300,000 Mazda is usually a Ford in disguise. In my area, Mazda owners tend to dump them around 150-170,000 mile range and then they end up at the corner pay here 15% interest lots.

Yeah I have a 2018 Touring and it is seriously nice. Approaching luxury car levels of fit, finish, and materials. I've actually had people with Audis or BMWs sit in my car and say that a lot of the interior is nicer than their cars.
You gave Honda a point for 10 speed transmission but the car does gear hunting, noisy interior, cheap manual transmission and weak sound system. You didnt talk about any of the positives of the Mazda 6 sound system, quietness, cool front seats that actually works, Mazda 6 has 360 camera and accord doesnt
What a great review! Informative, entertaining and with lots of objectives measures. I had no idea the accord was that quick! And I thought the previous gen. V-6 was super fast.
I test drove both and chose the Honda. The Honda feels much more spacious inside IMO. The leather on the dash is nice in the Mazda, but the tech features in the Accord are way better and more than makes up for that slight difference. Plus the 10 speed auto mated to the modified Type R turbo is a smooth and powerful combo that felt a step above the Mazda to me....and on regular gas to boot. The Mazda is a really nice car but I love my Touring 2.0T in silver with black leather interior...its a looker and in sport mode the active dampers tightens up the handling for a little extra fun. I am happy with my choice.

As an owner of an Accord 2.0T Touring, I can confirm it's a great car. But why do reviewers consistently omit mentioning their opinion of the stereo quality? The Accord in its top trim has one of the flattest stereos you can buy at this price point and not one review of this car mentions that. The sound is flat while the Mazda's Bose system is very decent (former owner). I'd love it if talented reviewers like Craig came up with a simple test that would give them an opinion on stereo sound since it's a main feature owners use every single day!
Like them both. The Accord is more technical and edgy. While the Mazda is more elegant and graceful looking while keeping everything just as exciting.

From car and Driver.
Most publications got 6.4 to 6.7 0-60mph
Yeah. 7.3 0-60 seems really off and so does 5.7 figure for Honda. It’s too quick.

My experience with Mazda is the same. Excellent.
Great choice and it shows you have a good eye for beauty as well.
Well I have a Mazda 6, but I love the Honda Accord cause was my first car.
Just bought the Mazda 6 for my wife. It boiled down to the look of the car for her. We drove Camry, Accord, Passat, several SUV’s. In the end she preferred the Mazda... the Accord was a very close second. In my opinion both are beautiful and a worthy choices.

First-person I've heard talk about the brakes! Excellent point there, that would definitely deter me from buying the car
Accord is tough to beat, looks good inside and out and easy winner.
The mazda looks better inside and out. While looks are subjective, most consider the 6 one of the best looking cars and an interior that rivals some luxury makes
I’ve heard many comments about the Honda being “ ugly as sin”.
I absolutely love my black 2019 Honda accord sport!
@Beverly Huttinger 💯 just hard to keep that black spotless! Lol oooh but when its clean!! 😍
@Beverly Huttinger I will! however I'm not spending one extra dime on rims until I get it paid off! Lollol I like the rims that's on it! And I'm actually a rim kinda guy! But thanks for the suggestion! Do you have them on your ride!?
@Beverly Huttinger oh ok! And 1400 ain't bad at all! Do ya thing! 💯
Cole is the best! Simply the best!
Accord is just a good all around car, both are great tho
I love my 2019 Accord Touring 2.0t White with black leather. I traded in my 2016 BMW 528i xDrive and I do NOT MISS IT!
I clicked on this video ready to love the Honda Accord because it's always been a car I've liked, and Mazda...not so much. But the newest Mazda6 ...is really much nicer than I thought. It's more of a looker.
The next one, the 2020, should be awesome.
Nathan M I’ve had 3 Accords and 2 Mazda’s and I just bought another Mazda 6 in April in the Machine Gray metallic with black leather. It’s the signature trim with turbo. I enjoy it every day & would do it again. Accord is great in its own ways tho too and you can’t go wrong. I also drive a Camry and didn’t like it as much as I thought and it has some odd disappointments for me.
Best reviewer on autoguide! He should do all of their reviews
Your voice is just perfect for this documentary bro!
I disagree completely. I don't think the nasally-voiced nerd persona works that great for car reviews.
The opening engine turnover sound at the beginning of the video is a huge improvement. Gotta love a V12.
If I remember correctly, that sound was recorded when I had an Aston Martin DB11 for a night or two. It had an ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS engine. Good ear, BTW, knowing that sound came from a V12!

My Mazda 6 back up camera has way better resolution than that one. Maybe they fixed it?
this mans knows how to make car videos
I didn't know Steve Buscemi makes great car reviews! Thumbs up!
Love my Honda Accord touring model! Honda rules!
Agree.... BUT the low profile tires have to go!!!!
Honda rules the depreciation...
@@normt5463 lol copy/pasting this all over the place in this thread.. hater much? hahaha
The low profile tires can be a little rough on some roads
Cvt transmission
I have 2018 Honda Accord Ex, but every night am dreaming about Mazda 6 Signature . I think am Loving this Mazda 6 !
should've done your research before buying such a new Accord!
The manual Mazda 6 isn't a turbo tho.
@@dr_pinna543 No it wasn't a turbo, but it didn't need to be, the rest was the same.
@@10ee 63 horsepower and 124 lb ft torque less isn't the same
@@dr_pinna543 Needs premium fuel for that, and if you've driven any higher hp/torque front driver you know that there is always some kind of torque steer if there isn't an LSD which can really upset the handling balance.
@@10ee without premium you still get same torque and 225 HP. There isn't much torque steer. I use unleaded plus and premium.
Just got my Signature blue 6 with white interior. Turbo makes it fly. Awesome car. Very luxurious and has a great handling.
I agree with you. I know this test and the comments happened a while ago but there must have been something Wrong iif this Mazda with the 2.5L Turbo couldn't do less than 7 seconds to 60 mph! My Mazda6 2.5L non-turbo does 0-60 in 7.6 seconds. Check the car magazines online that tested this Mazda - their 0-60 acceleration times are Always less than 7 seconds.

Compared to Mazda Honda design is just hideous. Great review by the way.
STALKER not really but ok
The torquey 2.5 engine helps to even out the less # of gears in the Mazda
I'm DEFINITELY Choosing the Accord
bad taste.
I drove the accord yesterday in a test drive and really enjoyed the experience. Will be trying Mazda 6 today!
My comment is not about the car it is about the person. ..buddy you are my favourite you are funny and cool😎
Awwww, thanks!

i have to agree Craig Cole is my favourite member of the Autoguide team. Great work everyone though!
channrl -agreed!!!
Definitely in agreement - fantastic review and phenomenal reviewer. Perfect balance of professionalism and personality.
He’s adorable ☺️. I just wanna scoop him up in my arms
Actually mazdas are more reliable than than hondas. You clearly havent done ur research

I would rather buy the Mazda 6 since its engineered and entirely made in Japan.
Don u wanna buy made in America...MAGA
Sat in a 2018 accord touring and was blown away at the finish and quality inside
Yeah I have a 2018 Touring and it is seriously nice. Approaching luxury car levels of fit, finish, and materials. I've actually had people with Audis or BMWs sit in my car and say that a lot of the interior is nicer than their cars.
Mazda6 still looks better
You gave Honda a point for 10 speed transmission but the car does gear hunting, noisy interior, cheap manual transmission and weak sound system. You didnt talk about any of the positives of the Mazda 6 sound system, quietness, cool front seats that actually works, Mazda 6 has 360 camera and accord doesnt
Great video! Very informative and well put together!
What a great review! Informative, entertaining and with lots of objectives measures.
I had no idea the accord was that quick! And I thought the previous gen. V-6 was super fast.
Now which one has a better resale value?
10 speed is sluggish in traffic compared to the 6
a great side-by-side review. I'm currently debating between these 2 and this video was just what I needed.
It's not really a fair comparison since the Mazda6 is an old car. Wait til the next gen.
👍🏻
Mazda 6 looks so elegant compared to whale looking accord.
*Great review Craig.* You should have your own channel and put out more videos.
Agreed.
So many private folks try hard to review cars and this guy is exceptional. Visuals were stunning and commentary was on-point.
Amazing review thank you so much!!!!!!
I can’t wait to buy my next car!

....That fuel economy though. I'd prefer to purchase 87 octane gas and still keep 250hp. 💰
Wrong, the Mazda 6 horsepower is down to 225 on regular. Sorry bud
But you get 310 lb ft of torque regardless of fuel
2WIREG turbos don’t need premium gas u are stupid get a life
Mike Gloria the Honda still has be fuel economy Mazda is a slow car
videos arvideos are you stupid... 4 cylinder car beats the accord and camry to 0-60. What are basing you info from... you are clueless
Great point. My mazda sound system is so clear people think I have an after market purchase.
