You are an amazing photographer and I love your videos! This was a great one that compared images that were similar to one another and explaining the usability reasons behind why one image sold better than the similar image. I only was about 50% correct on which images sold better than the others. You inspire me to take better photos and I really appreciate your insight. Thank you! ❤📷
Wow! Thanks for the comment! I’m glad you found this helpful, I like this style of video 😁. Trying to figure out what sells is tough, that why I suggest uploading as much as possible and practice as much as possible. Things will fall into place!
Only got three right! Absolutely baffling but very interesting! It seems to me that the least likely subject or concept could be a win so just keep on uploading cos you never know what might sell!
love this series, keep them coming. just curious, about how old are these photos? curious as to how long it takes to learn which one is more successful (months, years, decades?).
thanks! years, 5+ years, but the photos you do today and tomorrow can be the photos with hundreds of downloads in a few years, If you do photos every day or every month, in a few years that's hundreds of downloads that continue to build and accumulate, or thats the idea anyway 😅
Wolf photo thoughts: It's also a travel photo! :-) It says Come to Canada. It's an environmental photo showing balance because the wolf population keeps other populations healthy. They're all gorgeous but I love that one in particular. I'm not doing stock but your channel is helping me with product photos. Thank you!
Awesome point! Thanks so much! And to be honest yes, most of my photos are “products” 😅. It’s what I enjoy the most! Thanks for the comment and best of luck!
@@wollertz I never thought of it that way but good point! I shoot antiques. Different subject mostly but your tips still apply. Keeping yellowing paper yellow..😬
Haven't taken a "real photo" in about 30 years, or more, and I'm thinking of buying a good "proper" (whatever that means) digital camera for the first time. So, I thought I would do really badly. Actually got two wrong. So yay I guess. That was fun!! Now I just need to get my head around what camera to buy and how to use it to take photographs. Sounds weird, but I guess it just the new way to take photos. Liked your vid!! Live will.
Thats good! my point with this series is to realize it is a game, numbers is whats important, and in time sales should follow, but we obsess over making the perfect photo and the perfect subject and in the end it doesn't matter 😅
You said it was the agency who sold it so " it is a website like abode stock / Sutterstock or any particular agency you have taied up ? Please tell me it helps a lot ❤❤
Im so lucky i found this content creator 😊
Thank you so much!

That’s the game 100%!
Thanks Charles. Great idea to compare similar images. And the outdoors setting is perfect. Even the “losers” are excellent sellers in my mind. Good!
Thank you! This was the 3 edition of the games and I think I found the format that I like 😁
And yes!! Any sale is a win!

Most modern cameras are great! It’s more about the lenses than the camera 😁
@@wollertz true. Real it always been more about the lenses. Cheers!
Thanks for all of your great tips! I got 3 right. Lol. 😆

You are welcome!

Another awesome video of great useful tips! Question if an image is chosen for “data licensing” (shutterstock) is that a good thing?
Hi! Thank you!
Data licensing means it won’t be offered as a stock photo it will be used to train AI as far as I understand
Falle con el lobo, red wood, hombre galleta, y la pilsen verde….no tan mal 😂
🤣 a muchos les fue parecido en esta ronda, busqué más difíciles para esta! saludos y gracias por compartir!
