I didn’t know why people like Hua Chenyu so much, but one time I accidently clicked on a reaction video on him (was meant to click on a reaction on another Chinese singer my one and favorite Xiao Zhan) but I just watched because I clicked anyways. And then woooow I actually really liked him singing. His performances are really good I’m starting to get to know him. Anyone got any song suggestions or tv shows he was in or anything?

Fun fact : hua hua prepared for another song originally but he changed it last minute because the writer of flammable explosive, a very young woman passed away the previous night . Thus the all black and the song to mourn her death in his own way. For fake monk , ep 10 , he loves the song so much because he feels that it emphasizes his inner feelings of loneliness , crave for love , the mental disturbance and such feelings perfectly . Even in the final episode ... He was supposed to sing another song but the management forced him to change the song because they wanted Jessie j to win the show ... You can literally see the defeat in his eyes there .
As David Foster said recently about Hua Chenyu, "he owns the stage". Thank you for this reaction and for becoming a Martian! I discovered him earlier this year and every day I discover something more amazing about Hua Hua. He is the most versatile and compelling stage performer out there. The world needs to know him.

This is a great song. It is the song made for him, only Hua can sign it with soul. The music is picked out from over 10 thousands demo and the lyrics is very satisfy him. I hope you enjoy it (*´∀`*)
unfortunately his Mars Concert in Nov. sold out in 5 sec. I didn't get my ticket to Mars either. lol I love this one, doesn't have the flair some of his other stuff has but he can still hypnotize everyone.
You still stand a chance to grab his concert ticket on coming 3 days (1st Nov-3rd Nov) as some of the tickets are returned and to be rebooked due to the change of concert's date & venue

I love this song, Hua, and your reactions. English subs has videos of him talking and he is so gentle, sweet and kind but did have a difficult childhood and he is very open about it and I think he draws on those emotions, He has new dates for his November Concert around the middle of the month and not at Bo’an Stadium which was near Hong Kong..... Yesterday his new song, CONVERSATIONS WITH ET came out, it is on iTunes, there are England subs & a video where he explains a new direction for his music on this album, his sixth year of performing. He wanted a softer sound and this new song is beautiful. I will try to get the link to the video & the audio of the song., He has done covers of CREEP and UNINTENDED which like this song are performance Art and I know he watched the performance artists in the 80’s, I see the influences in his songs, (Kate Bush, Laurie Anderson, solo Peter Gabriel) He is very versatile and talented. I am a new Martian.

Hua Chenyu composed a song in collaboration with some of his fans roughly translated to "Conversation with Children from Mars" the song is about him opening up about his feelings and emotions and the strength and comfort he receives from his fans.
