Stopped drinking here, too! I’m about 10 months in now. I really don’t have the desire to drink now. Initially, I stopped during mountaineering training, but tore my left rotator cuff and detached my left bicep after falling down a flight of stairs. I could’ve been drinking my sorrows away. Feels not to want a drink! Keep training strong!
I got the same HOKA’S 3 mo ago and love them . ❤ I just started on a weight loss journey got a treadmill on June 6 and started walking the first day after 4 days of intervals I’m sprinting now 6 sessions 30k steps a day and lost 44 lbs my first month 😊 I’m going hard I know I’m just tired of being tired and fat . I been 130 lbs my whole life and in 2022 I was forced to quit my job due to bullying and then suffered a back injury with two herniated disc injuries it just paralyzed me in pain and stiffness I slept and played my two past years away gaining over 100 lbs I was 231 June 6 and I’m 189 today I’m much more flexible and the pain is definitely minimized now that I’m moving it’s still present will probably always be present but the suffocating feeling of being obese compared to moving and working out definitely doesn’t even compare . My goal is to run a marathon or compete in a race pushing my son who has special needs so I’m definitely sticking to it and my WHY. is sooo much stronger than my reasons to give up even tiredness. #nowwhat I totally get you !! Everytime this happens to me I pick up a new hobbie as my void filler- they serve the purpose of filling the void and when you get bored of it you drop it cause it’s not that deep to keep around yanno. Always nice to shake up the equilibrium 🤪
oo okay so I have a fear of flying and I buy the drowsy phernergan from the chemist. Over the counter, and actually meant for easing travel sickness so its a double win! It totally knocks me out every time (apparently last flight the flight attendant couldnt even wake me up by shaking me for meal service.. lol).
How come you were sick week before this video Olivia? I did notice on your last video before this that noise that came out of your chicken, broccoli pasta prep meal when you opened the lid, do you allow them to cool down to room temperature before you put the lid on and put them in the fridge because that could cause a sickness bug even food poisoning? Just an observation ❤
I don’t know if you’ll see this but I’ll ask anyway. What is your routine for after the sauna? Do you shower straight away? Is it a hot or cold shower? And do you go straight to bed after the shower? Thanks!
