AL's Hold position team is a ,,damage-disruption" team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Leper (accuracy trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Shieldbreaker (dodge trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
4th: Vestal (stun trinket + accuracy trinket) - healer
PROS:
1) Great damage outcome
2) Great stress outcome
3) 2 potential disruptors
CONS:
1) Disruption is a menace
2) Marks are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Stuns are a menace
AL's Hold position team is pure damage team, that can also apply stress and a little bit of DoT. You have 2 (self)healers, 2 disruptors and everyone can apply stress. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I played a few strategies, such as "full damage", "full stress" and "DoT Leper". I tried also both versions of Highwayman - "bandit" and "gunslinger". In this team is better to stick with "bandit".
My advice: Start with Leper for buffing himself OR damaging. Next use Highwayman for opening riposte, then Shieldbreaker for dealing damage or making the disruption and lastly Vestal for healing/stunning.
It's very odd team, but I was suprised, how good can be it. Firstly you can see, that all healing lies on Vestal, if you lose her, it's over. On the other hand the duo Leper + Highwayman is very deadly. Only one struggle. This team is good!
