Message received my mom died when I was 10 never had a father in my life and now I’m 18 have been bitter ever since then but it made my life miserable I hated my self I wanted to die and today I went outside without my phone and looked at a tree it was truly beautiful
The simple things in life ground us.. I know your mom’s in a better place and I’m grateful you’ve found purpose again even if it starts small just by looking at nature.. that’s a great start brother.
Disconnecting from the phone is a big one. That’s what I did for about 10 days, I’m finally back but I’ll always find time to disconnect from the digital world and enter back into the real one. Proud of u for doing the same, let’s leave our phones at home more often. 🙏🏽
I tried magic mushrooms a little over a year ago, and they opened my eyes. I truly don’t believe that I, personally, was self aware before them. They showed me that I was living in the dopamine cycle. I’ve battled to turn my life around over the past year and a half, and I’ve got to a point now where I realize I have OCD. I was using dopamine, and then dpdr to cope with the symptoms, but OCD is the root problem. I’ve struggled immensely with motivation since this realization sank in. I’ve spent a lot of my time meditating and trying to get little slivers of clarity through the obsessive thoughts, and only really being productive when I have those moments. Your videos are the first thing that has pushed me to work even when I’m not feeling clarity. It made me realize that no matter wtf happens in life, I got shit to do. Shit that won’t wait on me. Shit that won’t wait on my mental health. I understand that I need to focus on that too sometimes, unfortunately I’m in a tough position where I don’t always have the opportunity to care about my mental. I’ll prioritize it when I get the chance, but for now I’m just grateful your videos could help.
And I’m grateful my videos can help you brother, I know you’ll continue to be great, this life we live is not an easy one, it takes hard work sacrifice and discipline and patience, I know we’ll continue to level up! You got this fam 🙏🏽

I got 3 sons and I go to sleep at midnight and I’m up at 3 am headed to work, I’m 23 and recognize every moment matters, I look around at other people and become ill. It’s blatantly clear they do not see it and walk ignorant to this and their potential. Unwilling to do better for themselves, stuck in the hands of satan and comfort. I really appreciate you bro, it be hard doing it like this and just knowing there’s another brother out there thinking the same way and attacking your dreams and goals with consistency makes it easier for me it’s like an extra wall to my resilience, keep making these bro you right you got a gift and you using it, thanks for opening my eyes up to more and more with each video.
