I was an addict for 11 years, every day, very frequent, I ended up cheating on my ex because of what I consumed. To see me hurt someone who did nothing wrong because I was too consumed broke me. That's what changed me. I still struggle, and I've kicked it, but it took me accepting god in my life, therapy, and loneliness. I didn't become lonely because I wanted that btw. My friends decided to let me go and my relationship was done. Trying to take my life back and like you said Malique, "Go back to normal". The satisfaction I got was not worth the outcome at all. Sad, broken, and alone. But a wise man must be a fool. I'll bounce back. Great video today bro

When you’re breaking this habit brothers. Be patient with yourself. This is a marathon not a sprint. Give yourself grace for doing your best everyday and show up. If you have the urge to watch 🌽 for me that means you’re not using your time wisely throughout the day and you need to put the work in.

I’m addicted , it’s caused me to procrastinate on business ventures, I’ve wasted time and money. I’ve hardened my heart to it all. But I believe in God for the future for all of us. But “Faith without works is dead”, Jesus did his part we must do ours and truly build a relationship with Him. I’ve stopped for a long time and slipped up again but like he said, "For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again" Proverbs 24:16. It’s possible to quit and we’re not new to this even some of the greatest and strongest men in the Bible fell victim to this but David,Samson,Joseph(wrongly accused) all ran back to God the father. We must run back to God the father the shepherd , we are all just the sheep that got lost and He’s looking and waiting for us with opened arms. Praying for all of us ✝️🙏🏿

What’s up brothers, 4 months off 🌽 and 1 month on retention. The Bible says to flee from lust, not fight it. You have to remove yourself from the temptation. Get off the hub, get off socials, delete the old videos, whatever it takes. Remember you can’t do it in your own, your flesh will win every time. Lean on Jesus Christ and put your energy into prayer and growing your relationship with Christ. It’s not easy. The narrow path is for the few. When you start to grow and change, you will be attacked and tempted the most. Trust in God, and let your old self die. It’s an everyday 24/7 fight but it is extremely rewarding and freeing. A couple weeks ago I got off the drugs( from a deadly motorcycle wreck) quit vaping again( for the 10th time) and I have so many more struggles man. I want it so bad for me and my son. I just turned 30. First came across porn in middle school at 14… half of my life G. My first efforts to quit began 5 years ago and I’ve had that “last time” conversation with myself since then. Though my usage has decreased significantly from daily to once a month/every other month on average… I’m still an addict and I don’t have any more time to waste. I’ve been past the point of enjoying it for years now and have noticed I only reach for it to cope with tough times. Truth is it’s a temporary “fix” with no lasting effects. Anyone reading this, please take heed to Malik’s words. Especially if you’re younger, prioritize your brain’s health and longevity. Watching that smut WILL do the opposite. As someone that’s struggled as long as I have, I can’t tell you how to quit or cast judgement. However, I assure you there’s nothing good to come from it on this side. Let’s conquer this together.
