The curved race was designed by Temple Grandin and set the standard for livestock in the US. An amazing woman. Thank you for showing us your new property and I can’t wait to see the progress as it’s restored.
I would very much like a video on the economics of a hoof trimming business. I also would love to see: 1. A Q&A on your tattoos and what they say; 2. An explanation of how you sanitize, esp. the sander; 3. Have you ever come across hoof and mouth disease in a herd, and what happened? 4. Do you ever have dreams, good or bad, involving cows, and what were they? :) Thank you!!! Never get tired of watching your channel!
Hi handsome. I'm 64 😞 & I just don't make resolutions anymore, but I do try to be a better person every day, which can be difficult due to so many things. I love your channel and your family. Your plans to renovate that old farm sounds good 💯❤️
I'd love to learn about the finance end of things. Congratulations on the new property. You've taken on a real challenge but its going to be amazing to watch the progress and final result
I’m not interested in a money video. It’s your business and you don’t have to justify what you earn. You work hard and you deserve all the riches that come your way. Love and light from Rosemary in Australia. ❤❤❤🙌🏻
Wonderful video today. I'm 80 and can reassure you Graeme, the attitude of Gratefulness every day will help you find peacefulness in all you experience. I would like to know when you will take reservations because I'm so anxious to see Scotland and the Highland cows. I believe your newer viewers would appreciate your demonstration of cows curiosity as you did with the blue rag along the race a while ago.
61 here, and co-signed. That doesn't mean you can't feel the hard times when they're hard, but the more gratitude you carry for little day to day goodness, the less power the hard parts have.
The way you celebrate your wife fills my heart with joy! Especially as your sons can see, because I know they’ll be growing up learning to love and respect the women in their lives with this kind of influence 🥰 Also - you’re living my dream! I’d LOVE to get my hands on a run down farm 😍 can’t wait to see what you create there!
Phenomenal news years resolution! The world is so focused on nostalgia currently, and you have come up with a fantastic point of view. Live it now. I love it!
Needed this today. I’m in California in the U.S. and it’s been nothing but footage of fires all day. Congrats on the purchase! Definitely start a renovation channel. 💕

This might sound strange but watching your videos actually helped me when trimming a sheep's hoofs a few weeks back that were badly overgrown. Even though they are different having an understanding of the foot and how animals stand really helped give the Ewe a great result which had her walking on that foot within a day😀
That farmstead looks so cool!! It’ll be so nice once it is restored to its former glory!! My “resolution” is a bit different. It’s great to see you again. Watching your videos help me get through everything in 2024, my mom is getting over a serious illness, she is not feeling very good, and my beautiful wife was diagnosed with cancer and is going through some treatments. Seeing you guys and mrs HGP with your beautiful kids help me get over my problems. Please keep doing what you’re doing because there are people out here who need you more than you know.
I love it when people see the end result and the beauty at the beginning of any project. Helping us see what you both are seeing gives me hope for 2025. Don’t ever lose your vision and dreams. ❤
My brother bought a rather dilapidated farm in the middle of nowhere in Germany, in a village of 300 people. it looked pretty much like yours. The renovation was very... intensive, as we had to fulfill many requirements of the monument protection authorities. Today it's such a great property!
When I was in horseshoeing school, one of my instructors opined horseshoes should be put above the doorframe heels down. Not only is this the way horseshoers are accustomed to seeing horseshoes, he theorized if a horseshoe is lucky, it's always lucky, and if the heels are down, a little of the luck it's constantly producing falls on your head as you walk under it.
It’s early Saturday 1:53am and I’m just grateful to be alive after a very painful fall on Thursday morning. It took three hours of struggle to realize I couldn’t get up so I called for an ambulance. The crew were amazing. Then hours on a flat board with a collar to immobilize my neck, a Ctscan and X-rays found no broken bones but I’ll be bruised. A friend brought me a change of clothes for the drive home. I’m so lucky to be home watching The Hoof GP. Happy New Year ❤️🐂❤️
I’m reading Bruised Sole. I’m so proud of who you are. I’m old. I’ve suffered with depression for years. Doing ok. I had a roommate for years who was bipolar and when her meds were off she frequently tried unsuccessfully to commit suicide. Her stepdad or I would find her and take her to hospital. She eventually got meds under control and lived a long time. I lived for thirty years in west Texas near three large dairies. Never knew hooves were trimmed til watching you! My Mother was Scottish ancestry. I’ve always had a very strong yearning to visit. If I live long enough. When the cottages get renovated I’d love to spend a month there and immerse myself in the country side. I’m a country girl. My friend just returned from there and brought me a rock so I have a wee bit of the Scots with me. You have a beautiful family and great relatives. I enjoy Craig. As we say in Texas we keep on if the good Lord’s willing and the creeks don’t rise!
Ashley’s Yorkshire pudding looked so good. My grandmother made amazing ones. Roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, veggies, Yorkshire pudding and gravy will always be my favourite dinner. Happy new years to you all. Can’t wait to see you bring that old farm back to life. Want to visit Scotland one day. Maybe I can stay there.
Hoof trimming is quite a profitable business. Hard work.. plays havoc with your back. There is more money in horses hooves but that is even harder on your back as you Don t use a crush. Of course he Charges money. Its a business he has staff to pay.
Here’s an update on my situation folks. At 7:30am I was awoken by my neighbour telling me to be prepared to evacuate. A building very near to my place was on fire. I’m not ready to drive anywhere after my fall Thursday. I live in a retreat centre in a beautiful valley in the woods. It’s not a religious retreat but companies meet here to discuss their business plans or just do yoga. Anyway, the Meeting Hall was on fire and even some of the trees were burning. End story, it burned to the ground. Thankfully nobody was hurt. I hope my landlord has a good insurance policy to rebuild the hall. Thanks for being there.
I spent Hogmanay in Kilmarnock as my husband had cochlear implant surgery there on the 31st. A long way from our home in Aberdeen but the perfect spot for his first step towards being able to hear me tell him I love him again. 2024 was a tough year, I lost my Dad early in the year and hubby's health went downhill just after. He woke up at the beginning of August completely deaf. Since then we've been struggling to learn sign language and lip reading just to have a normal life. Never take the little things for granted! All the best to everyone for 2025 and may every day give you a reason to smile and allow you to be happy and healthy at the end of each day. xx
A local lad investing in his local area, awesome. Dumfries and Galloway is oddly often overlooked by the "Instagrammers" meaning it's still quite unspoilt, accessible, and not something you've seen posted about 100s of times. It's a lovely place to live..... I went to school not too far away from here, on the coast too, many years ago.
Love these long videos! Excited for you and your purchase and renovations of your old farm! Much love to you and your family and to Craig, Graeme and their families! ❤️
I lost one of my dear friends to cancer (melanoma) Dec27. She was a beautiful soul and fought her cancer with grace and a smile. I had my own health crisis 6 years ago and spent a lot of time in hospitals. Her dream was when she “got better (sadly she didn’t),” She wanted us to get our dogs certified as hospital therapy dogs. My New Year’s resolution (and ongoing future plan) is to get involved with this endeavor. My dog (not the one in the profile picture) is a Cavapoo. She has never met a stranger. ❤
Can't wait to see the progress of the restoration of your new property!!! 😊 Also, I would like to hear about the money side of things in the hoof trimming business, and farming, in general!! Most of us have no clue!! Keep up the great work, Graeme, Craig, and Kevin!!! ❤❤❤
I have to laugh as I couldn’t understand a word Graham said! as an Aussie with Scottish heritage I love the Scottish accent! Keep up the great work guys!
Graeme, can I just take a second to admire your grinder skills!!! 😮 I've only been wasting since Aug 24' but I've watched 90% of your videos in chronological order while recovering from back surgery. You have fine-tuned your grinders over a few short years and are absolutely amazing with them. Your knife skills are phenomenal. This is going to sound weird, but sometimes when I see the thinest slivers of horn peel away, which looks effortlessly, BTW, but the slivers remind me of shaved parmesan. And a huge shout out to Craig for sharpening those knives. Happy New Year to the Herd!!! My goal in 25' is focus on mine & my family's physical fitness. So far, we are all doing well with that.
I'm 55 and enjoying watching my boys growing up to be wonderful young men. My Goal for this year is to lose weight so my two sisters and I are on the Carnivore Diet and so far I am down 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Very happy with my progress. Can't wait to watch your new projects on the new property. Happy New Year to you and your whole family.
Thank you for sharing your videos and I love your Family! Your Wife is very Beautiful and your Boy's are handsome. Again thank you for sharing your videos and Scotland is very Beautiful.
Another great video. I really look forward to watching the renovations that you and Mrs. HGP are planning to do on your new farm. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to understand your layout for the place, but that's ok, as long as you do. We don't have places like that available in Canada, but I really enjoy watching it get done in the UK. You are lucky in that respect. By the way, your dinner made me hungry. That design of the cattle holding pen looks like a design Dr. Temple Grandin did. I dont know if she is known over there, but here in North America, she has done a lot for the cattle industry, as well as other livestock. The greatest thing about Temple is she is Autistic, and what she has achieved in her life is extraordinary. The other thing that I am impressed with is your ability to trim cows hoofs with such accuracy. I realize you have been doing this for a while, but I'm still impressed. Learning about the finances of the business would be very interesting. Thanks for sharing your life with the rest of the world. 🇨🇦
You were right to think of Temple Grandin, she is the one to design much of how we care for move cattle today. Even the crushes used by livestock farmers of all kinds. She doesn’t get far enough credit for it, but I think she’s okay with that though.
@kristineteall368 I'm really glad someone knew who I was talking about. She really enjoyed that they did a movie about her life. She is very interesting to talk to. I have had a couple of conversations with her, and I learned a lot from her. 🇨🇦
Congratulations! Can't wait to see what it looks like. The area is beautiful and I'm happy you're trying to restore instead of all new. So much history get demolished. Most of the time I have no idea what cameraman Graeme is saying but when I do, he's so funny!!
Welcome to my world of digging up treasures around your home. I am in an 1860's home and lost count many years ago of the horseshoes I have found. Old draft, lighter hackney and carriage, as well as ridden. Old curry combs, scissors, old clocks, knives, stirrups, tractor crank handles, sythe blades, rusted hand tools (barely recognisable anymore), sulky, gig, carriage, wagon and cart metal parts, an enormous triangular traction engine dray pull, and a cast iron loo cistern with lid intact, and a multitude of saws and wheels. You will find lots buried around an old farm yard. What a great project. You could look to save at least one of the cow byres as a nod to the history of the barn. It could have a bed set into it, a nice wooden rail could be set along the top each side....endless decorating possibilities. Shame the old milk can is so rusted around the base. That is what happens when people keep old metal items outside instead of under cover where they are protected from the elements. I have found more brass tags on cream cans than milk cans, not sure why? I know you like music. Do you listen to Ren? He sings of topics which are close to your heart and is a UK (Welsh/Brighton but don't hold that against him!) artist. A once in a lifetime talent in all manner of music styles. He is a proponent of highlighting chronic illnesses and mental health amongst other societal issues. I would love to hear your thoughts on his music, Graeme, if you are unfamiliar. If you have not listened to him, for the full experience, begin with Hi Ren.
Loving loving the new houses. Are you to have a new channel for their journey? And that milk can is to die for. Please keep it and display it. So much history in that can.
Wow! This is a project of a lifetime. It will take alot of time and work, but it will be well worth it! In a different time and circumstance, I would have loved to do this, perhaps on a slightly smaller scale though. Yes, the stone work is incredible and is why the structure is still intact and saveable. You have a lovely wife there. Congratulations on this new adventure in your future.👍
Yes I’d love to see a documentary about your cowing contract with your clients. I think it’s really interesting to learn all about the cattle industry. 😁
When you said to the camera guy, “ watch the jaggy bit” made me laugh, haven’t heard that in such a long time as I am a Scottish lassie living in Canada
The milking parlour would be amazing if you could leave (or keep) as much of the original bits as you can. Even if it’s just bits of it. My husband and I stayed in a farm house for a holiday. They’d kept the milking parlour as much as they could (3 of the stalls, most of the milk pipes and they made a big feature of the glass milk collection bottle) it was a small parlour. I think it was about 25 cows. All the internal doors were gates and they kept all the original beams. They even had a partial beam that had had wood worms. It showed all the patterns they had made in the wood. Perfect for us because we always take our dog 🐶 on holiday with us. The outside was safe for her to wander around freely because they also had the cattle grid on the entrance. Just something to consider. They’re booked for 50 weeks of the year ( last 3 years) for the next two years.
So, the chickens were up on the second floor, because it was easy to shovel the straw and poo right out the window. I’ve even seen places built into the side of a hill, where the windows were at or close to ground level. Typically the garden was _right_ below those windows. Nice and easy to fertilize.
So glad to hear about your plans for Carsegowan. I've driven past that place so many times with the caravan over the last 15 years going to and from Garlieston. I have often wondered if it would ever get restored. The Machars are such a beautiful part of Scotland. In fact it was seeing a familiar view in a thumbnail that got me onto your channel, and now I'm hooked! Sadly 2024 was the first year that we haven't made it up since we started caravanning, and I really have missed it. Hopefully we will be back sometime in 2025. I wish you every success with your plans to bring life back to the place! M.
My resolution is to get off my behind and do more. So far I am sitting on my behind watching you ha ha. Happy New Year to you and your extended family.
I love your enthusiasm and sheer joy with life in general and this project in particular. I'm 63 and don't see myself being able to come visit but I would have loved to. Best of luck with the project. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress!
Congratulations on the beautiful new property - and wishing you and your family many blessings as you begin the restoration. I am mostly housebound and often bed bound due to multiple severe health issues. Your videos are a breath of fresh air - quite literally. Thank you for sharing your good heart and bright spirit through your videos.
It's funny how we have money to start and we're going to have to work our butts off! My husband and I did the same thing 44 years ago. We now own our own house, free and clear we're still so happily married. You will be so happy on your own property!!
Just received my HP Hoodie which I’ll wear with great pride. Thank you Graeme for sharing your life story in such detail. It’s made me appreciate you even more than I already do. Happy New Year to you, Craigie Boy and the other Graeme. Also wish Kevin a Happy New Year. We miss him and can’t wait to see him on camera soon.
Happy 2025 to you and the family Graeme! Aww, I knew exactly why Mrs.HGP gave you that special hug, it made me 😢❤ Mrs.HGP looks beautiful as always ❤ and you look good too lol Congratulations on your new farm n to new beginnings ❤Quebec 🇨🇦
Congratulations to you all. This is beyond awesome news. I remember seeing you for the first time on TH-cam with your very first hoof trimming crush. Now look at how far you all have come. Just beyond delighted for you all
You have a lovely home, a fantastic loving family and a wonderful business that is helpful to both mankind and animals. You Sir are living the dream and I applaud you on your success! God Bless
What a massive project you will be taking on. One suggestion to add you in doing your project, is to have subscriber's volunteer their time to assist you in rebuilding your houses. I think take will give you more content for your channel. Great video as always.
Graeme, I love your idea of making planters out of the old feed troughs, I made my hubby turn an old gem sieve into a light fixture over our dining room table & it looks awesome, personally I’d use one of the troughs as an outdoor sink & id look into making something cool out of the treasures you find on the property. ❤ Michelle 🇦🇺
Watching all the clips over time, I've always felt really sorry for Mrs HGP and what she has to put up with... This clip is a revelation... she gives as good as she get! [Which is probably just as well :) ]
I love building restoration videos, I hope you all document the challenges and victories every step of the way on your new project. The place gives a rustic, historical feel, I hope you keep that.
I just love watching your videos, especially the long ones like this and seeing your family and the boys growing up so quickly, but more so because I miss Scotland having emigrated to NZ 30 years ago, today! (11/1/95) having lived at the Heads of Ayr. But also because you love your job and family so much, it comes through the screen, and of course the banter with Graham and Craig. Happy New Graeme.
I dont care how much you charge for your work. It must be a fair charge because your clients are paying it. I'm glad you are doing as well as you are and look forward to seeing the renovated Milk barns.
All that old stuff warms my heart…my sister bought an old cottage and it was loaded with “stuff” ..we had a blast going through everything..cottage was built in 1920..love old stuff
I’m so happy for you and your family to start this new adventure. It’s going to be fun watching your progress and the changes you make at the “new” farm.
Your enthusiasm is infectious. I think it's great you want to restore the stone work, add on, and give these buildings new life. Sounds like an excellent resolution to look at each day with appreciation for what you have.
I have been watching your videos for well over a year now, and this is by far my favorite! Your joy on New Year's was contagious, and it was really exciting to see the old farm you bought. I hope you find a way to show us your progress as you work toward your vision. My goal for 2025 is to deliberately search out adventures and new experiences, and I'm hoping that your announcement about your holiday houses is a little sign that I could have a definite destination in Scotland! All the best to you and your extended family from western Pennsylvania, USA!
It is good to appreciate every day, good or not so good. These years are the best of your life, enjoy each and every one as much as you can. Thanks for the vlogs. Cheers.
I love how much vision you have for the farm and that you aren’t taking the easy route and tearing it all down it is going to be beautiful can’t wait to watch that journey
Happy New Year Graeme to you and yours!!! And the extended family!! The new farm will look fabulous when it's finished!! My resolution is to finish renovating my trailer and to sell it so we can move for our retirement!!!🙏🙏🙏
The old farm looks like an exciting project! A lot of work, but it has the potential to be quite lovely. Cool how many old bits and pieces have survived. I hope you'll show us more as the work progresses. Hard to believe how grown up Keir and Campbell are getting to be!
Happy New Years and blessings for a hopefully successful and fun Renovation And I for one will enjoy the journey you are starting upon. God bless you all. ❤❤❤
So fabulous! I am so excited about this! So enjoy seeing you and Mrs HoofGP just being a family. Your resolution sounds perfect. Wishing you all the very best for 2025 and keep on being you. ❤
You are so right about the looking back and nostalgia when life is right there in front of you. When I was 45 I hurt my back bad, 2 surgeries later I could walk and even play golf, but now facing a worse surgery as things progress. I often think of the time before back problems and how healthy I was. BUT, we did appreciate every day before that and how blessed we were in life and love. 20 years on we still feel blessed even if not as healthy.
Happy new year guys, 🎉 resolution...to stay at the farm when it's ready and "pinch" one of the coos 😊😅😮 Keep doing what you're doing, you're all amazing 👏
That is gorgeous property you purchased. Can hardly wait to see what you do with the buildings. It doesn’t seem that long ago when you and Craig were working on your family home. You turned it into such a beautiful home. Loved seeing your family and the wonderful way you celebrated New Years. Happy 2025 to your entire family. ❤❤
The curved race was designed by Temple Grandin and set the standard for livestock in the US. An amazing woman. Thank you for showing us your new property and I can’t wait to see the progress as it’s restored.
I was gonna say the same thing about Temple! she has such a great mind!
And she was a high-functioning Autistic, which makes her accomplishments even greater!
Its also used in some slaughterhouses here in Iceland. Her influence goes far.
I went to a couple of Temple’s talks when I lived on a ranch in N.D. And really appreciated them!
Temple is a hero for all cattle and the farmers in that industry

Hi handsome. I'm 64 😞 & I just don't make resolutions anymore, but I do try to be a better person every day, which can be difficult due to so many things. I love your channel and your family. Your plans to renovate that old farm sounds good 💯❤️
I think if you read Graeme’s book you would have found quite some answers 😮
Happy new year! You should start a renovation channel for the farm project! I definitely would subscribe to that.
This would be something I'd love to watch too.
Good idea, I agree!
Me too ❤
Not a bad idea❤❤💪🚧🔦💡✏️🔨🛠🪚🔧🪜
Great idea. Home Reno and then have a new TH-cam channel
I'd love to learn about the finance end of things. Congratulations on the new property. You've taken on a real challenge but its going to be amazing to watch the progress and final result
You have plenty of work ahead of you but you thrive on hard work. Many of us do. Have a good 2025 and enjoy your family.
I’m not interested in a money video. It’s your business and you don’t have to justify what you earn. You work hard and you deserve all the riches that come your way. Love and light from Rosemary in Australia.

Omg it’s going to be a showstopper! I can picture it! Stunning FARM LIFE BED AND BREAKFAST! Charming, countryside elegance….. 💞🥰🙏😇

Look after yourself, be careful and take it easy.
Oh my! Well, I’m so glad nothing was broken! I know some bruising can feel like it though! I wish you a speedy recovery. ❤
@ thank you. I see a little improvement day by day.

Happy new years to you all. Can’t wait to see you bring that old farm back to life. Want to visit Scotland one day. Maybe I can stay there.
Yes, I think I would like to know a bit more about the financial side of hoof trimming thanks Graeme x
He doesn't charge but $15 per cow, it's TH-cam where he makes his money.
Hoof trimming is quite a profitable business. Hard work.. plays havoc with your back. There is more money in horses hooves but that is even harder on your back as you Don t use a crush. Of course he Charges money. Its a business he has staff to pay.

Somewhere in the region of six to seven hundred thousand pounds this year
Here’s an update on my situation folks.
Mrs. HGP is so beautiful! I can’t wait to see the progress on this place! Who knows, maybe I can visit…
All the best to everyone for 2025 and may every day give you a reason to smile and allow you to be happy and healthy at the end of each day. xx
may things continue to improve wishing you well.
I wasn’t even sure what that was though I’ve heard the word Hogmanay before. If anyone else is wondering, it’s a New Year’s Eve celebration
I hope he's able to hear you say it. Tell him Good Luck.

wishing you to achieve your hopes this year
I would love to come to Scotland.
Can't wait to see the progress of the restoration of your new property!!! 😊 Also, I would like to hear about the money side of things in the hoof trimming business, and farming, in general!! Most of us have no clue!! Keep up the great work, Graeme, Craig, and Kevin!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing your home and family for New Years. Be grateful every single day.... I like that!
You have a beautiful family. Thank you for sharing.
Having a spirit and attitude of gratitude is a beautiful thing
@kristineteall368
I'm really glad someone knew who I was talking about. She really enjoyed that they did a movie about her life. She is very interesting to talk to. I have had a couple of conversations with her, and I learned a lot from her. 🇨🇦
Graeme and Ashley I love your new venture, it is fantastic xx
Congratulations! Can't wait to see what it looks like. The area is beautiful and I'm happy you're trying to restore instead of all new. So much history get demolished. Most of the time I have no idea what cameraman Graeme is saying but when I do, he's so funny!!
I don't either, but he seems really bashful. Those huge blue eyes make him appear innocent. Lol
Congratulations on your Farm Project. Very excited for you. Your son is so handsome. 😊
So very, very pleased for you all….looking forward to all your progress…xx
BEAUTIFUL! Excited for you and your family. I could see you all in a field of Highlands. 🐮
Congratulations on your property project! It is a wonderful idea! 💕
So, the chickens were up on the second floor, because it was easy to shovel the straw and poo right out the window. I’ve even seen places built into the side of a hill, where the windows were at or close to ground level. Typically the garden was _right_ below those windows. Nice and easy to fertilize.
Old walk in milking palour. Wow, so cool. Beautiful buildings. What an awesome project.
Happy New Year! Congratulations. You can hear the excitement in your voice. I can only imagine how beautiful it will be. The view will be gorgeous.
So thrilled for you ❤ can't wait to see the reno🎉
So glad to hear about your plans for Carsegowan. I've driven past that place so many times with the caravan over the last 15 years going to and from Garlieston. I have often wondered if it would ever get restored. The Machars are such a beautiful part of Scotland. In fact it was seeing a familiar view in a thumbnail that got me onto your channel, and now I'm hooked! Sadly 2024 was the first year that we haven't made it up since we started caravanning, and I really have missed it. Hopefully we will be back sometime in 2025. I wish you every success with your plans to bring life back to the place! M.
Happy New Year!!!
Excited to watch your farm be built!! Thanks for sharing with all of us.
My resolution is to get off my behind and do more. So far I am sitting on my behind watching you ha ha. Happy New Year to you and your extended family.
I should add that I am 74 so I don't push myself to much
I love your enthusiasm and sheer joy with life in general and this project in particular. I'm 63 and don't see myself being able to come visit but I would have loved to. Best of luck with the project. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress!
I don't care how much you make. You work very hard a deserve everything you have.
Aww, I knew exactly why Mrs.HGP gave you that special hug, it made me 😢❤
Mrs.HGP looks beautiful as always ❤ and you look good too lol
Congratulations on your new farm n to new beginnings
❤Quebec 🇨🇦
Congratulations to you all. This is beyond awesome news. I remember seeing you for the first time on TH-cam with your very first hoof trimming crush. Now look at how far you all have come. Just beyond delighted for you all
Your family is lovely!
It's awesome watching how much the kids are growing
The farmstead looks so cool… the age of these buildings is simply incredible
[Which is probably just as well :) ]
Ha ha - we have a fantastic relationship and if I didn’t give her some stick she’d honestly think there was something wrong!
Congrats! It’s a very nice piece of property. Lots of potential. Can’t wait to see the journey & transformation!
Best wishes to you and your family for 2025! I can’t wait to see your new farm come together. Love your channel.
I'm so excited for you guys!!! Chase those dreams!!!
Just watching your videos brings a big smile to my face and joy to my heart ❤
WE NEED A PLAYLIST!!!!! Please
I second that opinion ❤
I totally agree! It's hard to find them without knowing the artist or song name!
So happy to see your life coming together in front of all our eyes. ie. Your fans. Prayers
Oh my goodness! The boys are getting so big!
I adore you and Mrs. GP and your new farm! Such a beautiful place, and the stone bones are strong!
I love the new farm. The tour was wonderful. Thank you for sharing with us viewers your life. ❤️
I really enjoyed this look around the new property, Graeme. It will be nice when you're done with the renovation 🙂
Those old troughs make good sinks/basins too. So excited to see the transformation!!!
That’s what I was thinking too.
I was thinking the same thing. I used to watch so many home renovations shows and I loved when they would take an old part and reuse it.
I think your resolution for 2025 is excellent. It enhances living in the moment, by making memories each day. Happy New Year, Graeme.
Graeme, thanks to you for making the hardest times easier...❤❤❤
Oh good heavens. That will take millions and lots of talented people to refurbish. Best Wishes.
When it is open I will book a stay.
To be thankful for raising my grandson and becoming more active in a church for him.
And daily thanks to God for giving me such a beautiful life. Amen
Happy new year guys, 🎉 resolution...to stay at the farm when it's ready and "pinch" one of the coos 😊😅😮
Keep doing what you're doing, you're all amazing 👏
That is gorgeous property you purchased. Can hardly wait to see what you do with the buildings. It doesn’t seem that long ago when you and Craig were working on your family home. You turned it into such a beautiful home. Loved seeing your family and the wonderful way you celebrated New Years. Happy 2025 to your entire family. ❤❤
