Just by this review I might want to get every single figure they release! If Jazwares makes Hunterx hunter,one piece or maybe even YUYU HAKUSHO at a price point of $16.99 and 30+ points of articulation I’ll be so happy! Way better then the anime heroes line..
I just got this figure today at my local discount store (Ross) for 15 dollars. I'm in disbelief. The amount of accessories, face swaps, hands and overall build quality is insane. The fact that these are not just budget figures, or smaller scale than sh figuarts and actually .5 inches bigger than marvel legends is insane. My new favorite action figure line and im biting my teeth for the Tokyo ghoul kaneki... Ive wanted a tokyo ghoul action figure since the show first debuted.
As A Anime fan who always wanted decent size figures from My Hero, JJK, Attack On Titan and Spy X Family this line of figures is great! No offense to Bandai i'll always purchase Dragonstars however anime heroes is just meh waste of time need to get characters or make Anime Villain line! Total Anime is MVP Great price, articulation and face plants! Def hope Mikasa, Yor and other anime heavy hitters gets a chance to shiny!
Thanks for the review. This line looks good and the price is great for now. My biggest issue with this line's potential is its scale. Eren Jaeger is your standard teen anime protagonist but what about them factoring in anime adult's height? Since Eren measures 6.5 inches, their All Might figure, will need to be about 8 inches tall. This first wave is going to cause a lot of drama for the Anime heroes line and the Marvel Legends continue price gouging demanding we pay more for less.
@takeTHAT23211 I agree with everything you said, shf is going too far with premium Bandai, they are always making favorite character’s of mine locked behind that one in a lifetime pre order (they almost never will bring the exact figure back in the future) plus the several and I mean SEVERAL month wait for it to arrive, it’s no bueno for me. Some figures are tempting, but I still won’t buy into their game. The scaling on shfs are pretty bad too, like you’ve stated. But I’m glad there’s a great new toy line that is being made, I feel like Total Anime are more worth it than buying every single overpriced figure, and being worried about missing pre orders and stuff. So I’m definitely looking forward to this brand new line! Hope it lasts a very long time.
I don't know if it'd cost more for them to make a more accurate face, but that face looks pretty goofy with how far apart the eyes are, imo. I'd pay a bit more if they actually get the face right instead of trying to keep cost down but with so-so quality like this. Anime face should have been the easiest to nail but for some reason these American domestic company can't get them right. Also, the size is too big which won't scale with the majority of the 1/12 figures.
my only problem with the figure from what ive seen is that, i dont know if its because im already used to import sizing, but i find this Eren wayyyy too big
@@silentman99honestly for me, the gaps don’t really bother me too much because i like having the extra articulation and range for poses. but i could see why people who display them would be upset

I may not like Attack on Titan, but this so far is a promising line. Especially if they can be both plaything and display items.
