Why is it so difficult for companies to keep the Mortal Kombat license? They always get a few figures in and just give up. I don't even think we have a complete roster from one company as of yet.
That's a bummer that this figure got an L, but the reasons were obvious and valid with the hands and the heads not fitting on the ball joint because the hole is a bit smaller.

It's just not a fun experience to mess with it or even look at it, for that fact. I put him back in box and put him the drawer with the socks I don't like.

the peg hole for the hands are to small, drill to make them a little bigger and they go on now. For the pants you just have to replace or cut the seam to get them to spread. I 3d printed a new cylinder peg so the other heads fit on. To much work for a $85 figure.
It looks good I won’t lie but I’ve been seeing him on eBay for over $80. Honestly I’d be more than happy paying $50 even $60 shipped but not for the prices I’ve been seeing. I’ve been getting hot toys and sideshow collectible used figures for about $110 to $130 shipped with all the accessories and what not so I guess I’ve become picky but it still is a good looking figure!!
I mean it has its issues but I think it's pretty cool and also you should have tried putting the other head scopes on the spine because it seems like the spine could fit on those
I tried removing the gauntlets and the hands fit better, and in another video where someone replaced the pants the leg articulation was much better. It's a giant bummer that out of the box it's so stiff to pose and fragile to handle.
I mean it's pretty good. I think I would just make the pegs on the hands bigger with a bit of hot glue, and cut the pants so You separate them from the blue fabric and just change them for some more strechy

I’m definitely gonna pass on this because I can tell the amount of frustration that would come along with it would make me really hate the figure. It does look tough though.
This is such a weird figure to me. They spent so much time on every sculped and cloth detail, making what I personally feel is the best looking MK figure out there, but failed on something as simple as getting the dimensions correct on the peg holes for the accessories. Kinda feels like a factory mixup to me; maybe someone somewhere got the wrong numbers for the peg hole dimensions and QC just never caught the issue.
I know you probably wont see this, but there's a third party figure called reaper by GMtoys. It's hunk from resident evil 2, and the figure is damn near perfect, I'm not even joking. My current favorite and most premium figure i own rn. But seeing it in your hands, and in front of your camera would be absolutely insane.
@@sirdork730 he would honestly work as any old grunt, since his outfit is just a uniform given out to everyone that goes into the branch he's a part of. If you ever decide to get the figure, I'd absolutely love to see the video. It looks good in videos and pictures, but in hand it's a whole other ball game. And the cloth doesn't hinder articulation like this figure
Just curious, can u put the other sub zero head on the spine accessory? So you could have someone like scorpion doing a fatality. Would make sense to why the peg hole is smaller, it could be meant for swapping the skull for a real head.

He looks so good but some overlooks in the company has ruined it 😬 hopefully they learn from this figure and make some great ones in the future..cuz the head holes being the wrong size in 2 heads..yikes..and the hand problems like come on man. I have that figure why do people hate on it? It’s not that bad. Not the worst articulation I think. But the joints sometimes get stiff I will admit that. I did have to heat up the hands tho.
I would not havve any patience with this figure at all. I hate it when things don't fit especially when you paid a freakinn fortune for hte figgie😅 THe shot is really cool tho, the figure is truely fotogenic.

I think that's the general consensus is that it looks great but no one wants to spend money on something and then be constantly frustrated with it. Things like the one head not even being able to fit on the body is just unacceptable especially when they could have used the exact same piece in the base on the other head since it's a separate piece set into it. That and the several pairs of hands that just fall off constantly I can imagine is just no fun to play with. If someone is going to just plop him on a shelf standing there it's certainly a gorgeous figure the soft goods alone are impressive but they really have some serious QC issues to iron out to win collectors trust moving forward

To me, the second head sculpt w/the smaller peg hole seems to be a tiny bit smaller head sculpt.
Does the spine ball fit the other smaller holes on the alternate subzero heads? The clear and slightly different head sculpt.

Have you tried to check if the extra two heads could fit onto the ball peg on the severed spine?

I think the peg on the spine could be for other figure heads like scorpions head form your McFarlane figure
Could you strip the clothes, accessories and head and swap out for a better body?
I guess in theory that could be possible 🤔 but I don’t think it’d work out too well getting things like the head to fit
