Those atrocities did happen. The fall of Lago and the devastation of Monta, including the fact that they destroyed the world's population over 3x over throughout their thousand years of rule.
@@deadringer-cultofdeathratt8813 yeah fr what I would give to go back & experience this series for the first time again it was confusing asf but it was cool at the same time.
The cutaway to Tense1983 just obliterating his set up made me almost almost fall over. The most notable aspect of AoT is that it's a bleak and dark world where no one is innocent and have either endured horror or committed it.
I used to hate this anime because of the hype it gets years ago. But when I watched and finished it just this year I can say that it's the best anime I ever watched. It's dark, suspense, thrilling, intriguing, etc. At the very last episode, I forced myself not to cry. I don't know why I am going to cry at that time maybe because I'm gonna miss the anime but it's already perfect as it is. So I think it doesn't need a sequel.
23:45 this does cause the rumbling to stop, as Ymeir gave Eren her power, not only giving it to royal blood, so this was eren stopping it, not only cause he already somewhat reached his goal but also so the rest of the world will see his friends as heroes
9:44 the series actually answered this question right off the bat, Grisha asked the same question amd the Owl said PRECISELY because she is the descendant of the king, they couldn't risk having her work for Marley with that kind of power so, the Owl had to send her to Paradis. Cruel, but makes sense.
There's some minor misconceptions, including grisha losing all of his memory, he only acted, and nicolo spiking the wine, he only knew that it was a method marley used, but never was part of the plan.
The timeskip with eren and armin talking about how they would fight was good too. You explained the stuff well, in a funny way too which was important. good stuff.
Great video, yet I'm pretty sure that the wall titans didn't have Eldians in them. I think he just asked Ymir to make lots of wall titans in the paths 6:15 . As well as this at 9:42 you asked about why he didn't save everyone, it probably because he only saw Grisha fit for the attack titan and what would he do with the others? Kick them over the wall without a titan? Plus Dina's titan was necessary to trigger Eren's motivation to wipe them out, because as we see he can transfer memories from the future and therefore every attack titan has to obey Eren Jaeger. That's why they all long for freedom, Eren was the one manipulating them all. At 10:56 as well, it's her mother who was the Ackermann not the dad, her dad is just a usual Eldian I think (correct me if I'm wrong.) That's why the kidnappers call her mother the "special one" and Mikasa a "half blood". You can also tell this because every Ackermann in the show has really dark hair, and it was her mother that was teaching her the embroidery patterns. At 15:56 (this one is a bit nitpicky) it's spelt Pieck, not Peake and at 16:41 it's "Christa" not "Krista". 19:23 it's spelt "Captain" not "Captan" and she's the next commander, not captain. (This is the same at 22:59). This isn't hating and I do really appreciate AOT videos in general, just some weird nitpicks I noticed when watching. Keep it up!
No, Mikasa's Mom was an "Oriental" or Asian, which is why she was considered rare, Mikasa's dad was the Ackerman. The reason the kidnappers saw Mikasa as a half blood was because Asians were super rare on Paradis and they saw Mikasa's dad as a normal Eldian, which made Mikasa a half blood of Asian and Eldian. The Ackerman clan and their powers were not well known among the populous of Paradis, so the kidnappers would have no reason to kidnap an Ackerman because they would have no idea what was special about them.
The Owl specifically mentions (at least in the anime, I don’t know about the manga) that it was necessary to let everyone else besides Grisha get kicked off the wall in order for “Mikasa and Armin to be saved”. Then Grisha asks him what the fuck that means, to which the Owl says “idek bro” and they just move on lol. In any case that entire scene is Eren moving the chess pieces into place to reach the end of the story, as Dina has to become a titan in order to trigger young Eren’s hatred of titans, and in order to trigger teen Eren’s first usage of the Founder’s power when he punches her hand.
ok but 21:01 was the absolute tuffest scene in the whole show. "i have the founding titan, so you cant kill me. and ive eaten the Warhammer, so theres no cell deep nor strong enough to hold me."
I wonder if one of the reasons Founder Ymir went back to King Fritz was because of trauma. There's a phenomenon where people who experience trauma will seek out similar situations to the trauma they experienced. She went through so much horrific trauma from such a young age. It was practically all she knew.
9:40, I believe the Owl allowed Dina to be transformed as this was Erens will, failing to do so means the events of the story wouldn't have taken place so the Owl is acting on Erens memories from the future. As Eren says later in the story, it was him that steered Dina towards Carla
He also says if they knew she was royal blooded, they would have made her a baby machine, but I don't understand that because they would have all died right there. I mean, he litterly coulda saved all the restorationists
Wait I thought that the pig escaping wasn't actually Ymirs fault, but the threat of taking an eye from every slave made them all turn on her and use her as a scapegoat
I NEEEED a prequel series showing the rise and fall of the eldians. I want to se how titans were used during drives or medieval battles like they teased us
The entire series is basically all the characters making the dumbest decisions possible at the worst possible moments. Except Sasha. And that's why she's the only good person to die.
Technically Eren going rogue was one of the better options overall. If he makes himself a solo enemy they can draw all the blame on him and say that him being gone means no more titans or threat to the world. Obviously, the short future sequence reveals “war never changes” but you get it.
I NEEEED a prequel series showing the rise and fall of the eldians. I want to se how titans were used during sieges or medieval battles like they teased us.
i’m so serious when i say this, but i love this video, the little implements of sure scarastic jokes is amazing, like this i would never think of, thank you this really made my day
The irony is Eren always wanted to be free and that has been emphasized many times. But he was the slave to freedom, everything was already predetermined. That's why he said he tried to alter the future many times but it remains the same and Yimir wanted to see mikasa killing Eren just like what she should have done to the king.
A lot of grief in this story could have been avoided if Fritz just built two bits of additional wall connecting the three rings, that you could walk on top of safely. Like any actual castle.

She loved him... And that was the only thing that kept her alive... But when she saved him he called her "slave" yet again ... And that's when she Said "well I'm out!"
@@marysophy3665 Yes, she did not have the will to live the king had it for her and therefore she never had it in the first place. Her tongue was cut off as a slave and after she became a titan it never grew back it states that when your a shifter you can heal from mostly anything unless you lose the will to live

The owl let Grishas wife die because she had to die for the future events to take place… attack titans have the unique ability to communicate with past attack titans & Eren told the owl what to do and how to do it so all the events Eren wanted would take place.
4:40 I don’t think ALL of it was fake. We saw from Ymir’s backstory that Eldians really fucking sucked. They simultaneously did good (developing civilization) and bad (genocide) things.
If You literally said why didn't eren cruger kill all the Marlin soldiers before grisha's wife turned into a Titan, then you literally didn't watch the series cause eren explained how everything that happen was supposed to happen that way, everything is connected which later on turned out to be true
Yo uh not to be that guy or anything but the survey corps your talking about is just the scout regiment. The survey corps is the scouts, the military police, and garrison.
Karl Frits did not turn 10 million eldians to colossal titans as its shown in the manga and anime that Ymir can turn out anything she wants from sand as long as the founder wants too
19:37 he actually expiremented with the future seeing and discovered that he can't change what he sees, so he took the path that has the most chances of his frainds surviving BTW one of his future seeings were that potato girl will die like that and his maniacal laughter is because he realized that he can't change what he saw
Here are some questions answered. 1. Karl Fritz probably didn’t leave his kids behind, instead he probably had siblings who decided to stay in Marley. 2. The reason why Kruger let Dina die was because if the Marleyan government discovered she had royal blood, she would be used to make many royal blood children
but that wouldnt matter since kruger kills them all anyway. the real reason why he lets her live is cause he sees future memories of eren as dina titan is needed to save eren when he is co ordinate, and also eat his mom therefore allows her to titan change.

He sent the titan towards his mother from within the paths, but he also couldn’t have avoided doing so because of the way the time loop works in attack on titan, it’s a sort of grandfather paradox
21:24 Zeke moving was NOT by accident.

eren killing the slavers showed that even from young he wouldve killed anyone that tried to disturb the peace (and more inportantly freedom) of his love ones, the foreshadowing in this anime is crazy
its been a year since this masterpiece of a story ended still gives me goosebumps everytime, imagine people in the future watching it for the first time and its labeled published 100years ago, makes it even more haunting and beautiful at the same time
9:50 for those who dont know, Eren kruger didnt save his wife because Eren has the ability to see the future and the past. He knows that her titan would soon eat erens mom which is crucial for the rumbling.
the Owl explains that she must be turned because she is a royal and cannot be given a titan. Also the visions of the past are unreliable and are tainted by the viewer. So when Eren watches the Owl talk he mentions Armin and Mikasa are mentionned. We don't exactly know what happened in that moment.
I don't think this is true. Eren didn't want Dina to eat his mom he had to have it happen because otherwise Dina would have eaten Bertholdt. The real reason is because if Dina wasn't turned, Grisha wouldn't have married Carla to begin with, and Eren wouldn't have been born.
Those atrocities did happen. The fall of Lago and the devastation of Monta, including the fact that they destroyed the world's population over 3x over throughout their thousand years of rule.
When Sasha died, I knew things were gonna get worse.

The cutaway to Tense1983 just obliterating his set up made me almost almost fall over. The most notable aspect of AoT is that it's a bleak and dark world where no one is innocent and have either endured horror or committed it.
This whole story wouldn’t have happened if Ymir didn’t jump in front of the king.
7:00 Zeke never unrenounced war. He just made it into the paths without possessing the Founding Titan. Eren had the Founder instead

Let's be real. The walls were created to protect the Titans from Levi.

And you summed it up it 25 minutes! Thank you 🙌

@@nathanvorderer716 Ohh, thank you so much for filling me in!
@@CenturyBlade Thanks, I stated a lot of what you said in my statement. But thanks for that extra information lol.
Actually Mikasas dad was an ackerman, the reason they wanted the mom was because she was asian or 'oriental' which was rare at the time

I really like the more quirky/funny way of your storytelling than your past videos. Keep it up!
ok but 21:01 was the absolute tuffest scene in the whole show.
24:43 that dawg, hahahaa

what if kushina survived but Naruto still had half the Ninetails and she had the other half
what... this ain't Attack on talk no jutsu
So the king didn't turn hundreds of thousand eldians into titans for the walls. He spawned them from the outer realm.

The owl let grisha's wife be turned to a titan so that she may eat eren's mum triggering his immense hatred
I think everybody over looks how even when she became a titan her tongue never healed therefore she had lost the will to live long before he had her powers, I think when she protected king fritz she had already lost the will to live not lost it then tell me what you think of this

the edlians were a minor tribe before ymir received the founding titan. afterwards, they were able to conquer the world.
So let me get this straight. The girl escapes slavery technically twice and basically becomes a slave in the afterlife?
this is a late responce but basically she wanted love and to her she loved the king so she stayed his slave untill eren was like "u free fr" and she like "oh shi les go kill the world"
how does it take 3 years to recraft the attack titan but only 750 years to make all the titans in the wall?

My favorite part of this video is the fact Shadis is a background character in several shots, but he is never named.
I'm amazed that He explains AOT in 25 minutes. Like what.
You missed the part where Eren undoes the Eldian curse. Turning everyone back into humans.
Can't wait for you to someday make the entire history of One Piece that would probably last you 2 years to make

How could we know that this isint the first time loop of it like there was a diffrent one in the past MAYBE RIGHT
Karl Frits did not turn 10 million eldians to colossal titans as its shown in the manga and anime that Ymir can turn out anything she wants from sand as long as the founder wants too
I still remember when you made vids about characters lives
