I’m very free when it comes to training routine…Very simple: 1. I don’t train what I trained yesterday 2. I created an awareness for my body to know when it needs rest (never rest more than 1 day Sometimes I split upper body & lower body but sometimes also push & pull…be free and have fun but most importantly find out what works for you!:) Thank you mate 🙏🏽
