    Holly is sleeping,
    The lawn guy is mowing,
    Pamaroo is crafting,
    And subbies are watching-
    The Paper Outpost this morning!
Thanks for keeping it real! 💜💜💜

Pam I love how you are not a perfectionist. I have been struggling against being one for years. It makes me miserable whenever I do anything. I grew up with them and am still surrounded by them so it is very hard to get away from. You are my savior. Watching you when things go wrong and you don’t freak out is helping me no end. You just carry on and it is not the end of them world or the project. You don’t give up. You have helped me enjoy making things. Thank you so much. Carol

Super cute. You have me thinking, Pam. I have some (i believe) 5x7 envelopes, which, when folded in half, would be nearly field note sized! 3.5 x 5...... that size would make a perfect little notebook/journal.

Who doesn't love envelope booklets?!! Gorgeoous! Love everything that has to do with envelopes, I'm 'envelope crazed'! Speaking of drinking & eating while crafting. Couple of weeks ago I was a second away from taking a sip of my home mixed modge podge, instead of my coffee.... I didn't take my eyes off what I was painting on, hence my mistake. Only in the last millisecond the corner of my eye noticed the drink was white!!! By the way I love gelatos! Have had so much fun with them. Bought a big pack in Prague four years ago (much cheaper than in Sweden), and they're great. Thank you for the reminder though, haven't used them for several months! /Ditte

Good Morning Pam!! Thank you for starting my morning with smiles and happy thoughts. I have rediculous chronic pain, especially in the mornings and you make me smile and get me motivated to craft (move) in the mornings :-). Your such a sweet joyful sound to urge me on and of course "Holly and the love birds" (sounds like a band) are great back ground. Another fun idea to add to my journaling. Again - Thanks.

Glad you like the icing bottles for glue. I've been using mine with Fabri Tac & 3-in-1. It's wonderful. The glue globs aren't anywhere near as bad, and it doesn't turn into a bubbling mess. I use stainless steel pins to keep things unblocked. Works like a charm. I'm going to try a bottle with the Aileen's. I have several bottles that need using.

Hi Pam... love your light heartedness. The world could do with some more people like you.
I wanted to let you and your subbies know something about that Sugar Belle bottle...
It works great with FabriTac/Fix! No more volcano of glue bubbling out of the top. I will swap out the tip with my other Wilton icing tips to make a thinner but wider pass sometimes too!
Keep smiling, laughing, and sharing your crafting with all. You are a welcome blessing in the crazy drama that can swirl around many crafters.

Gelato and water is so fun same with a wet vipe, makes really cool backgrounds,i bought my gelatoes 2 yrs ago and i still use them alot, and you can take one colour ans take some off and blend it with white mediums like the ones you use for stencils and you have your very own colour of modeling paste for stencils-or whatever and you can make only enough for what you do,i think gelatos are fun and versatile :) Love the envelope. Hugs from norway

So.... now you’ve done it. I’m in the midst of converting my newly redecorated home office into a craft room (I always work at my kitchen table and my beautiful office just sits neglected and lonely 🙃)
Wondering if you’d consider doing a quick vid on supply organization (I’ve only been at this a few weeks and already the paper/cardboard/books/etc. to the tenth power has taken over- thus the room rededication).
How wd you organize stuff, knowing what you now know-
Any hints or hacks wd be awesome.
Hoping to “guilt” you into it, given you’ve inspired this obsession...😉

I'm sure Pam will answer, but I'm feeling the need to butt in with what worked for me. *lol*
I have found the "rainbow rolling carts" immensely helpful in my organization. If you look those up on Amazon, you'll get an idea. They come in a couple different versions and color schemes. I have the 10 and 5 drawers (2 each). Watch prices you can get them cheaper. I know Michaels had them for much less earlier this Spring. I like the rolling carts because I can pull one close to my desk when I'm working, then move it away when I'm done. I do multiple types of art, so this is a great help.
For paper, I use one of those cardboard slot-mailbox things. It's great for dividing different types of papers so you can just grab and go. They do come in wood and other materials, but I went cheap. I figure if the work in classrooms with kid, they should work with me.
Anyway, just a couple of ideas for you. I'm sure Pam has some great storage ideas. I hope she does a video on it.

    • @jackiegfeller
      @jackiegfeller 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I recently discovered rolling tool chests. I got a couple on garage sales super cheap and they are great. I have all my stamping stuff and inks in one and all my buttons/jewelry in the other. Now am looking for more as garage sale season ramps up. I like these because they are metal and sturdy and when you open a drawer the whole cart doesn't tip over and I can easily move them into and out of my work space as need allows. So my plastic carts are on their way out! But hey, a nice new office should have plenty of drawers to organize in, I am thinking... most of my storage is repurposed stuff... I have a whole trailer house to spread out in for my studio!
      Good luck!
