When you see it like this, it makes you realise the insane levels of concentration these guys have to keep, lap after lap, race after race. Very impressed.
ikr? always has to be focused with their inputs
@@Anatrolly imagine Monaco lol
Do u even drive lmao
@@marke.8668 wut
@@marke.8668 you would be winded after T1 LOL
They should use helmet cams more often in the race, it gives a real perspective of the driver.
Probably don't do that because there is a lot of info to be gathered from the steering wheel. But because it was the last race they probably allowed it.
Today i heard that some company will mount them to every driver's helmet next season so we hope for it.
Formula E does it every race officially. Shows its a better sport
@@jimmyver3613 a few years ago that actually was a massive concern of the teams when introducing those cams was allready a talking point, but somehow the teams came to grip with it and i did not hear of any complaints this season, so apperently they either kept it behind closed doors or because of the angle of the normal tv camera a trained could allready see everything, so they went like "fuck it" (and i bet the team that allow those cams get a nice bit of extra money)
they already said there gona use it regulary nexyt year the only issue is its only possible with Bell helmets cause of the homolugation. and I nthink only around 7-8 drivers have Bell helmets.
This showed me how hard it is to drive that fast and change buttons all the time while experiencing g forces and non stop vibrations.
Not to mention the halo slightly blocking the view
Yes and no, the vibration is exist but it wouldn't cause such violent vibration like in the video did, because our eye has its own stabilizer like a gyro or suspension, in the other hand the camera doesn't so yeah it has a vibration but not really has a significant effect on the driver's eye.
@@Gnaaaal not only the eyes, but they'll feel the vibrations throughout their body
@@tegarandikash yeah but it's just normal because if there was some unusual vibration in the car the drivers tend to notice something is isn't right so i think it's pretty comfortable in there, aside from the g forces for going 270+ Mph Obviously.
@@Gnaaaal thats not true, the camera also has a stabilizer. A f1 driver experiences a lot of vibrations. In fact that’s how he gets feedback from the car.
It's quite amazing how fast he looks through the mirrors. He just needs a tenth of a second to process what he sees through that small piece of glass which is vibrating like crazy at 200kph
@@lor7780 you really dont know that
@@window469wow3 tape a camera to your head and walk. Then watch the footage. You'll see that it shakes quite a lot. It doesn't when you walk. Your brain is actually compensating for a lot of things, vibration included. So no, it does not vibrate as much when you are actually there.
F1 drives are top level time response reflexes, their brain runs really fast..
@@franciscoduarte1925 the car is driven by computers. And all kinds of assists. Their raction time doesnt matter.
@@bed1g149 assists? Well then you clearly have no clue on what you're talking about, cause all kinds of TC, ABS and all other electronical assists are banned from F1
I could watch the whole race in that perspective
I'd be exhausted... Feels like I'm holding my breath the entire video
I'm so glad I'm alive in an era where this technology exists and thrives.
2100 Hologram in Houses and watching in 3D Live action
Right? There has been so many good F1 and motorsport eras but the technology and media really adds to the current era.
@@BD-te7sl indeed, couldnt agree more
Visor Cams existed since the 80s. I remember seeing it on TV during the Indycar race at Long Beach.
Man that looks scary from this angle
Nah it looks fun
Looks fun, i wanted to drive it so bad tbh
Scary... how? It looks awesome fun.
how is it scary, it looks mega fun
Its not even that fast. Plus he sitting down. Motogp literally exposed
That moment around 0:45 gives you an awesome perspective of the power of the slipstream
This is the best from F1 driving I have ever seen! Enormous what Charles is doing here! "Normal" onboard on F1 made us think, they are comfortable in their computerized cars, but this give us a completely different view to their sport!
They start rolling @0:07. They reach 230+km/h @0:13. Then they go about 125km/h @0:16. And those are just the first 16 seconds. Seeing it through this helmet cam really makes that amazing display of powers come to life.
They need to have this available live from every driver at every race! It’s fantastic viewing and really shows how good they all are!
We focused so much on Hamilton vs Verstappen at the chicane that I didn't even notice that Charles almost passed Carlos and Norris at the same time on the straight😮 (0:45)
Well that’s mainly because the tv directors never showed it. There was plenty of battling throughout the race (Alpine vs AlphaTauri to name one) yet we saw barely any of it because they only showed Max and Lewis the whole race
Sainz passed Norris and Leclerc passed no one.
@@dave7573 that's why I said "almost"
Man I wanna get VR for F1 now 😂
F1 acceleration from 140kph to 230kph is insane. What is more fantastic is that from 0 to 120 is not that far from a "normal" supercar.
because tyres goes "REEEEEE" with that much power
a regular supercar with AWD will usually get off the line faster than an F1 car. F1 cars are actually pretty bad at standing starts, they would get back past very quickly though
Because F1 aren't specifically for that kind of acceleration (?)
They're the fastest cars on a track, not on a dyno. ;)
@@fukuoka33 There are several cars that do 0-100 faster than F1 cars the list is here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fastest_production_cars_by_acceleration F1 cars do about 2.6s.
The acceleration is freaking insane! 0:07 - 0:11 - 200 km/h in 4 seconds. Wat
THIS IS SO STRESSFULL! I hope fans appreciate just how hard being an F1 driver is. I don't think I could possibly keep up this pace for 70+ laps, especially at Monaco. Bravo to them all!
1 minute into race and I can feel the intensity a year of my life
So sick, looks simple and graceful from the outside but inside it’s brutal and super aggressive
Fucking fantastic... Love this view.
One thing Indycar has that f1 can use is the on car camera that can pan around 360 degrees.. that would look so awesome in f1
they actually have those cams on the cars in most races (in monza and silverstone they actually uploaded footage from those cameras), they just dont show this view that often
They have a hard enough time showing midfield battles during the race, don't make it too complicated for the broadcast director
tghey have it but on the front nose part right infront of the halo
They have these cameras but they just don't use them for broadcasting *yet*
This channel is getting more and more interesting. Thanks for these nice clips.
I wish I could watch these with every race! It makes me appreciate the sport more
in a few years we will probably have 360 cameras from the driver's pov and we can watch f1 with a vr-headset alternating between all the drivers . that would make such an amazing experience!!!
0:59 seconds of being inside Charles Leclerc's head and seeing what he sees as he races. thank you.
one of the coolest things i’ve ever seen. so intense. i love it
The sense of speed from this angle is way better than all others
Now thts fun watching racetrack from ur phone screen
Yupp
best camera angle !!
Great stuff. I was surprised they kept the camera inside for both QLF & race rather than taking off after FP3.
Wow! This shows just how realistic the VR is in F1 2022 VR, looks just like this in the game!
Man, I love this camera
it kinda looks like need for speed shift 2 wow i'm actually impressed
I LOVE THIS CAMERA
this is so dope
Looks like a fast foward vídeo. The concentration of these guys are 200%+
The graphics look good.
Amazing!
Truly amazing!
Very relaxing 😌
Love this view. 1000% in full concentration and awareness. Stress is way up there
So freaking awesome.
that three wide ate end 😍
i expect to see a lot more of this next season
thats a very good sim racing setup, impressive
Can u post a longer version or one with the best parts of his race
that was cool!!
Imagine Max had a Helmet Cam when passing LH and checkered vlag.... the Most epic POV 2021 :D
Wow fantastic on board in vision helmet driver is good reflects in f1 car in the race
This is so cool
I'd see the whole race with this view. And if you add a second camera and watch it in VR it will be simply incredible O_O
Cuantas veces haz visto el video?
Yo: Sí
AMAZING
That late braking of Sainz when they are 3 in row, crucial to be 5° or 7° in final classification
Now i know how real Formular 1 is on Playstation.
This view just shows you how good these guys are driving these fast ass cars lol
Único defeito desse vídeo é que ele acaba!
this cam was the winner for me
I love how Carlos goes more wide into the turn before the straight so that he gains more traction to overtake Norris.
Idk which Mclaren driver that was but that apex parking to prevent Leclerc from hitting a switch back was beautiful
It take him 0.2-0.3 sec to look in the mirror, thats just .... insane
The speed of him looking at the mirror is amazing
Best game graphics ever! 🔥
I think to make this camera a mainstream perspective camera on tv, they need to use very narrow privacy filters on the information screen as they do not use this camera often due to the data gained on the screen
Charles is a chad for wearing that for the whole race
Damn this is tough
eye discipline is crazy
And Alonso is also watching the race while doing this!😵
The other cars sounds like video game amazing
The yearly F1 game graphics are nuts now :D.....
this is much better than the 2022 helmet cams
Wow
Anyone else feels adrenaline while watching this?
When is this game coming out?? Looks cool af
0:48 is that Sainz's ERS flashing already?
The speed is insane
Gonna pass out if i am in that speed
to have the attention to actually check if someone is on the outside before making the move on bottas going into turn 2 on the outside. i think this is gonna be overlooked by most.
Why don’t they release more of these. The action is incredible
This 🙏🙌❤️
Because of these cameras, the F1 2024 game will feel more real.
The whole vid is on the official f1 yt channel
Great! But a camera with stabilization is a better choice...
Harika...
I get overwhelmed seeing the number of buttons on their steering 'wheel'. F1 drivers are legitimately built different
charles got a micro
Can we appreciated the pass on Bottas please, it was nice
That overtake on bottas was proper
Epic
Bad thing here is that video ends early
Oh my....
man, imagine being there, one of the only 20
Where the heck is that camera mounted? Inside his helmet???
Imagine checo Pérez view on lewis Hamilton defense👌👌👌
Is on Playstation 5 or PC ?
This is unbelievable they need to keep on eye on the atoher and also not to be extremely slow to lose time and hard vision
Yea this is when only at start. But when like 20 lap u can be a little relax
Best game graphics 😜
How the hell did they get a cam inside the helmet? When i was watching it live i was wondering how they found space in there
One camera on the left other on the right , combine the images ...bang....IMAX
Are these shots exclusive to formula 1 or are they broadcast on some paid platform or whatever? I mean
Where's the racing line? WoW
I thought the season already ended 😅
Bro no way thats real. Thats 99% a game. Look at the details. The Crowd of people, the security man, the trees...
