Motilal Oswal ELSS-Long Term Equity Fund=INR 72 Lacs Approx.
UTI- Nifty Index + Flexi Cap Fund= INR 89Lacs Approx.
1 US FOF+2 IT Sectoral Fund+1 MidCap+1 Small Cap Fund in DEMAT MODE=INR 9 Lacs Approx

1 ) My portfolio is 1.5 lakh. 3 stock only
1. TATA motors DVR 35%
2. IDFC first Bank 35%
3. TATA Power 30% ( tata power me profit bada hai eps bada hai par pe nhi bada Aisa kyu )
2) Sir if
PE -18
Price to book - 9 time
Roe - 31%
Profit Growth - 71%
But EPS - 77.80
EPS contraction ho raha hai ( one month pahle 100+ tha) Aisa kyu hua aur kya karna chahiye
IT sector ka stock hai small cap
Inverte karna hai abhi sirf dekhne ke liye 1% Kiya hai

I especially liked your first comment and the one about Sandeep ji. Everyone thinks that Sandeep ji is doing a great charity but I understood this very well before! I'm not saying that I don't like his content but people don't understand there is a great power in name and fame. The humongous no# of followers he has got gives him dividend in terms of huge Goodwill. I think you talked about the huge hidden price Goodwill brings to any business the other day (and ultimately, Sandeep ji is a businessman).
So keeping all this in mind - to the youngsters -> Sandeep ji is also not doing this for free. He must be doing this for name and fame which is no way lesser than money. It's just that perspective differs from people to people!

Sir, is there a risk in pledging shares for margin? In case the broker is going down etc.? 1) Do we need sell all our small cap mutal funds and small cap small cases at the time, when interest rate are
about to rise.
2) Sir, you said stocks like PFC and REC have no growth and still gives a lots of dividend , which is not good for a
lending business like this. But the stocks had doubled in last 1 year.
Any reason for that ? like was their P/B was very low at that time 0.3, now it is 0.56. can we play this theme in
future.
3) why 60: 40 ratio for Equity not good. If we do 60 : 40. we can invest more during bad times.
