Sir, as a long-term investor, do you use Securities Lending and Borrowing Mechanism (SLBM) to earn extra income by lending your long-term holdings? I heard one can earn a pre-tax income of up to 5% per annum extra returns through this without incurring any STCG/LTCG, and all the dividends and bonuses will also be given to the lender. Is it safe to do this?
Sir why are you covering hdfc.Merger with hdfc bank occurred as hdfc was finding difficulty in getting finance at lower rate to finance its growth

Basant sir, I have become your fan for your sincerity, teaching skills & spontaneous talk. I have observed for many years that the so-called "Market Experts" in India who come on TV/media can not be relied upon to make investing decisions, but you seem to be from a different league. Thanks for your efforts. I am invested in your two smallcases and want to make additional substantial investment in these. Request you to carry out a review of stocks, if required at the earliest in this month itself. I want to invest 40 L more . Dr VK Sharma, Ambala.
Today I got the book... it's a very good binding. I will go through line by line... 😊
Thank you sir .
Thanks Sir 🎉
Fortunate to listen to Basantji's golden opinion and experience from his rich experience. Simple down to earth person who connects to common man.

Sir i bought ur book from your website only. I also appeal all one who want to buy the book to purchase it from your website only
Hi sir,
I disagree with your concentrated approach. If I find 30 companies that can grow at a cagr of 19% (double in 4 years) then what's the advantage of keeping the stocks count less than 5? Mathematically both give same result if all stocks grow at 19% cagr. But risk decreases drastically for sure if 5 stocks are increased to 30.
Unko khud lena ho to chilla chilla ke sari scheme bata de sabko
Sir, I have a Portfolio of 10 stocks divided equally. Total portfolio size is 1 crore. Target is 15% CAGR over a period of 10 years. The stocks are Titan, Bajaj Finance, Varun Beverages, Dmart, Sona BLW, Bikaji, Devyani, Tesla, Snowflake, Dreamfolks. Just want to know if any of these 10 stocks are where I am overestimating so that I can change those ones
Pranam guruji. Charan sparsh. For learning purposes I wanted to ask about your Cupid investment.
1. Do you used to concentrate in 4 to 5 stocks at that time? When or at what amount to be diversified for protecting capital?
2. What red flags you missed when you invested or the red flags which came later as it was also a sector leader I presume from your talks?
I always keep 3 to 4 stocks Max and mostly in micro or small caps.
Thank you sirji

Question for Basant;
Hi. This is kamal (gulf based NRI), you are doing great job, my questions:
1- When u will do series of fundamental analysis? Hoping time will come soon.
2- I have Ibkr account, I want to invest 100K $ for my kids ( 2 nos) higher education in USA after 5 yrs, I am planning to invest in Unilever or Benickser. The rational behind is that both companies are collecting ROYALITY from all over the world. Please answer if this question falls under your criteria. You can suggest any other share.
I am always watching and learning, you are doing great services to retailers. We are thankful to you and your team.
My best wishes to all.
Eagerly waited for your content
Good afternoon sir. I am big admirer of your knowledge in various fields. I have one question Sir. Do you see any general factors and not any radical factors like war/ dictatorship/ political unrest which can halt growth of all companies listed in stock market of any country

Shri Basantji - You are tooo Good. You have a great temperament.
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your incredible depth of knowledge on the Share Market and your remarkable ability to handle even the most unconventional or seemingly silly questions with unwavering patience.
Your willingness to share your expertise and insights, regardless of the nature of the inquiry, has truly left a lasting impression on me. It's not often that one encounters someone who possesses both a wealth of knowledge and the kindness to guide others, no matter the topic.
AND ALL THIS FREE OF COST. However there are no free lunches in this world. But you are an exception.
God Bless you. Take care and have a great life.
Thank you.
Good afternoon Sir! Please explain; if we are doing a business on land which was purchased long time back, to calculate ROE shall we consider original purchase price or present market value.
Fees for different small cases are not investor friendly e.g. fees for BM VISION 2030
Invest directly based on own research 😜😂 cooked food served in AC dining room will cost more😂😂

Basant ji i am watching your 8 month old interview of 1.4 hours let me finish this then i will watch ask basant at 1.5x , every word that you said will worth it ,
❤ ask basant - eps grow ni ho rha earnings arhi h share rkhu ya bech du ?
You have explained the issues related to popular and costly shares so beautifully 👏👏
In stock market, emotions don't work ( rather shouldn't work)..
But for a small, retail investor, the names like TCS, Infosys, HUL, Asian paints, Pidilite, HDFC Bank etc become prized possession and the investor often gets emotionally attached to these stocks ( myself being no exception 😅)
Therefore, even when these stocks fail to give consistent returns, there's a tendency not to sell them and get into something else..
Can't help when emotions take over the financial wisdom...One needs conscious efforts to change the mindset in these situations..
Sir please let us know your views on SBIN, PFC, REC, Torrent power and ITC stocks. I have already subscribed to BM Vision and focused small cap. Thank you 🙏 ❤
