    I was shocked by how tiny the M205 Pelikan was when I first held it. The tinyness doesn’t translate to pics or even video comparisons!

      I know right! Plus its so light weight, it was weird in my small hands even. I still have it but definitely gravitate towards others first.

    Nice collection. The Pelikans are actually the M600, and M200.

      Thanks for correcting me on that! When I was saying it I thought after I should have checked on those because I didn’t 100% the #’s. Appreciate it.

    One thing no one talks about is the resellability of acrylic pen from small pen makers. You don't get searches or traffic at all, if one day you decide to sell it, unlike big brands such as Pilot. That's a lesson I learnt the hard way 😅

      I have to agree. I have never tried selling a makers pen but in general, pen resale is difficult anyways. I can see selling bespoke pens being even tougher.

    I like that you have a purple section in your collection haha. 1/3 of my fountain pens are white/ivory cus that's my preference. And I have 20 something pens.

    I'm a big poster, I post all of my pens and yeah, the Pelikans are very prone to scratching, way more than my other pens I've got. My M205 petrol marbled pen is so beat up and covered in scratches bc it's my favorite of my Pelikans and I use it a ton, probably about as much as my Pilot Metropolitan which is my other favorite. I love Pelikans regardless, it's just showing that it's a well-loved pen.

    Great video- super fabulous collection. I am now following on a whim woodworks. I also am really thinking hard about buying a Nahvalur pen- the one you have (Nautilus) which color is that? The LA one that is rainbowy is really pretty too.

    Do you know what color and size nib in the Esterbrook Estie?

    • @plannermumsy
      @plannermumsy  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It’s an 18kt gold nib in Broad. The color of the pen was called Blackberry.

    Where do you go to sell your pens? I have some pens I would like to sell but do not know where to start 😕

      I use Virtual Pen Show on IG or FB groups. Some sell on Reddit but I prefer not to.

    Beautiful collection. By the way the Nahvalur has the same pronunciation as it’s original name of Narwhal even though it is spelt differently. Taken from their website… We, the "Nahvalur" brand, changed our name from "Narwhal" to "Nahvalur" since August 2022. But we maintain the same pronunciation for "Nahvalur," so it is pronounced exactly as "Narwhal" (/ˈnɑːr.wəl/).

      Hmmm thats not what I read originally about the name.🤔They must have changed that again and its a bit odd to be honest!
