    If you don't like food on your plate that's your body telling you that "those are not the nutrients it is looking for". Food that is good for you should taste good to you. Period.

    personally I absolutely love it when things go wrong. It's so boring to have things go right and I think that instead of promoting the idea that we are entitled to a smooth day, instead we are given the privilege and respect to solve a problem for our job.
