Hello, love your recipe. Please can you advise if during testing time of the cake batter should I keep it in the fridge or it has to be kept at room temperature. Thanks
I love all your recipe , plz i just want to know about the coconut bath, ifi use fresh coconut , and you said leave it for 8 hours or over night , clear , but if i leave iit for over night where should i keep inside the fridge or in a warm place where in kitchen, plz clear me out with this , thanks , waiting for your reply ,
Hi Virginia, leave it at room temperature on your countertop, not in the fridge. You can also bake it after 3 to 4 hours, it will still give you good results. Do try it out and let me know how you like it.🙂
Then you can use both rods. If you feel your cake is over browning on the top then keep a parchment paper. Cut some big holes in the paper and place it on top of the cake. Do try out the cake and let me know how it turned out.

I kept the batter in the fridge overnight. In the morning it is hard. Can I soften it with warm milk?
The batter has to be left on the counter top for a few hours or overnight. Now let the batter come to room temperature and then soften with warm milk, as needed.
@FlavoursbyAR Won't the batter get fermented on the counter top if left overnight?

Hi Jenny, I have added 4 eggs. You can also add 3 eggs, it's ok. Hope you won't mind watching the video once again. 🙂
