I'll never understand why people hate on character loyality/specialists? Sure there are the top tier enthusiasts out there, but there are plenty of people for whom Kid buu (for example) is their favourite character, either from the show or just from how they play. People assuming negative things of others is really disheartening. We can't all be Wawa, but we can fun playing the game, with whatever team that may be.
Anyone who calls Wawa “soulless” is an idiot. The guy will play in major tournaments with random teams and characters, he is the most creative professional player period, he will kill when you think you can’t, and he will whip out sauce people hasn’t even seen in major games. Wawa doesn’t have soul. He is the soul of this game.
@@danielkruger7589 I agree! It's mostly a leap of faith type thing. I've gotten hit many times mashing on wakeup because I'd want to test if their setups were tight but you'd be surprised how many people have bad set ups after a hard knockdown (not saying that you don't, btw).

If anything, when so many US players started running 21 simply bc she is/was considered (one of) the best… that’s “soulless” lol

As a watcher of Hook, I'm genuinely surprised Wawa got 2-0d - he's the better player IMO. I think Hook's just in his head after that first loss awhile back...not to mentioned the Yasha loss recently. Wawa really needs to rise up and take the crown of best DBFZ player in the world.

Blame corny ass SS4 Gogeta, the players are just using the tools they are given. That character has a 6 frame 5L with a really good hit hitbox and good recovery, 5LL with a huge AoE hitbox that casually catches people above and behind him, then 5LLL is a safe on block anti-air (really fast recovery on whiff too) that can go into a grab, a lariat or his overhead backflip kick. I think it’s the best autocombo in the game no contest.
I think he means the Kid Buu read at the end of match 2. But with level 7 Gohan he really had nothing to lose. I don´t know if Wawa is the best. But he´s definitely the most fun to watch. And I think that really was the best set of the entire 12v12.
