For me, the DP read itself isn’t that galaxy brain because Gropis was DPing a lot. What makes it crazy is *HOW* he punished it. Shanks punished it the most unsafe way just to style on em. IN THE GRAND FINALS. Huge balls.

I think until you get to these guys level you should change teams as often as you get jealous until you find your squad that suits your style of play. Although with the sweeping changes of each season it also comes in handy being able to switch characters as nerfs and buffs alter the meta.

That was popularized by Sharin (Spain's shoutcaster) he'd say it to poke fun at his community, implying they're "scrubby" and abuse invincible reversals on defense. Obv it's just an inside joke so spaniards take no offense

Me parece una vergüenza que estéis incriminando por no decir insultando que es lo que habéis hecho literalmente a una persona por llevar un personaje. Cada uno juega como quiere y con quién quiere, y si Shanks quiere usarle porque quiere ganar y es más fácil de usar y tiene más ventajas es totalmente respetable. Yo iba a muerte con Gropis porque me parece que tiene más mérito y además veo a Jin, pero de ahí a llamarle basura o asco de persona a Shanks hay una diferencia. A ver si madurais de una vez y disfrutais de estos momentos que son complicados verlos y más con la situación que estamos viviendo. Un saludo

What? UI was literally the character that did less in Shanks' team. Not just at the finals but throughout the whole league. He has the best 18 in the world and an amazing Trunks that has made more than one "impossible" comeback.
Gropis is great, he have an amazing future, but he's not at Shanks' level yet. Look at pressure, reading the opponent, air to air and combo executions. Shanks is clearly better.

good player is not measured by how powerful their weapon is but how well they know their weapon.. yes, having RPG is great but if you doesnt know how to handle it, even glock 19 user can kill you

The tournament unfolded at the last moment, because the advantage that gropis should have had was not present, I mean if we are objectives he had not lost in the entire tournament, then why having a record of no defeats for the last to lose for only having one. It is obvious that there must be a second set something like a true grand finals, that is obvious I can not believe that they handle it like this in this way!, Literally the other players had lost several previous times, if losing in the qualifiers gives you a chance adapt to your rival, and even losing you can recover to get to play against him in the grand finals, and winning a single set gives you victory that is absurd, imagine the mental load that gropis must have had to finish the tournament without having to lose a single set, it wasn't fair, it must have had an extra advantage like a second set, so it should be. I don't understand something as logical as this was not taken into consideration.

I think that's just how a round robin format works. I'm guessing you wanted a standard double elimination bracket where there's loser's finals, winner's finals and a grand final. Tbh we're lucky we get anything at all anyway and its been super fun to watch so far. Can't wait for the reveal on the 20th.

Gropis had to beat 1 opponent 5 times. Shanks had to do that 3 times, 15 total wins to win today. That's a big advantage
