Mysterion is such an underrated card. Like you said, I think a lot of people ignore or misunderstand its effect so they just play right into it. I've been testing it in my pure branded build and it's a really fun card. I like your build here. I really enjoy Branded's ability to kind of splash its way into almost any archetype.
Thanks, I do truly believe people dont understand the effect which is why it's played into and underrated. I wish BF was still at 3 but I think they wanted it to be splashed less in different decks.

Awesome work and I still like to see DM players push the limit of their ratios!! I'll say you can definitely get away with playing one DM but too often I find myself in a situation needing that second DM.
Also I realize you're not playing master of chaos or chimera in your extra. I only use garura and venom as my two super poly targets I definitely suggest you try the lubellion into master of chaos combo!
Thanks for the support! Have you tried 1 DM in the past? I very rarely look back at duels and think a second DM would've won me the duel. It definitely happens, but not enough for me to play it at 2. I used to run Chimera and MoC, but I took both out. Chimera is good but the only way to summon it (and get it's eff) is with secrets of dark magic, which I use for Dragonite or Mysterion usually. MoC is a good OTK card for sure and hard to cut, but decisions had to be made lol.
@@kingmahde1 I've ran 1 in the past and am currently running just 1 as I made a mod to your build, I forgot all about Mysterion..didn't know he was on masterduel so just added him and I understand the cuts to extra deck. I've only pushed to diamond 3 these last couple of formats so def good job making it to diamond 1

Hello. Commenting 2 weeks after this vid was posted. I too would like a breakdown vid of this deck. Also, what cards can be removed and replace by a hand negate? I being using it this deck and i had loose several times now. I cant do anything against with interruption and hands negates
Are you saying you want hand traps added to the deck? I talk about it in my next video, board breakers are better than hand traps for DM
@@kingmahde1 yes, that’s what i meant. Apologies, if it was not clear. I understand, but in my experience I hadn’t been able to get a combo off due to hand negates and/or cards effect. Also, not able to stop them for completing their combo for not having any negates
@@imedvarg I definitely understand what you're saying, but DM isn't a combo deck anyways. You can try taking out dark ruler no more and put in ash blossom. Let me know if that works for you because usually one ash doesnt do too much these days against meta decks.

@@kingmahde1 I dropped master duel because of swordsoul and branded, never though Mysterion would be this good, also Bystial makes DM Dragon Knight super Easy summon. Does Bystial synergises with Buster Blader?
@@kyoksn Not so much synergize as in allow for combos with the buster blader cards but they definitely could/should be added into the deck for fusions and stopping opponents tear cards. Mysterion cooks Swordsoul!!

@@kingmahde1 I just found an idea wanna through u weather it work . Most of us know red eyes fusion is bad weather by the card or verte , how about we make use of that and use flood gates. I got the idea from labrth and traprix as usually they summon 1 then 5 back row . We can let use gozen , there can only be one summon limit anti spell , warlords, skill drain(if use this card slash and the rest of the fusion is impossible) the ideal open hand is red eyes fusion with 4 of the flood gates. Basically they cant have more the 1 and comet is a 3.5k beat stick plus they can't use spell to out our back row due to anti spell . Only out is beast but the limiter will clear their board after that too . Making the fight into a cringe top deck battle .
@@zzzeouz83 that can work for both DM and Red eyes. Any deck can floodgate the opponent to death but it is kinda inconsistent. Definitely run 3 solemn judements to protect the backrow.

Pray for bystials 😄. Bystials stop tears so well and if none of those then dark ruler no more helps. Also a good benefit we have to dodge suliek is we can summon DM which isnt an eff monster so they cant use their trap

Mysterion is such a MASSIVE UPGRADE to DM... I'm embarassed that I've never thought of adding this to my diamond DM deck. I woudl recommend adding allure and upping the chaos DM to 3. the synergy with these three card is insane and has the potential to pop off. Also Im a DMG whore so I always add her instead of mahad lol. xtra dark banish too. Nice vid!

First sentence in your discription box is a lie. I follow another youtuber who took the deck to Diamond 1, and I have used the deck to reach Diamond 1 before Tear came out. Like your content but no need to lie just to seem cool, it's a little silly. Also Diamond 1 doesn't really mean much now that Master Rank is out.
So a couple things: you shouldnt go around accusing people of lying when you have no idea what you're talking about. I am yet to see anyone reach D1 with it and its the only deck on MD meta to reach D1. Also, we're talking about the current meta my friend. Just bc you reach D1 3 months ago doesnt mean it holds up today. No reason to speak your ignorance here, it's a little silly ngl.

Like I said I follow another youtuber who would constantly get the deck to Diamond 1. I don't know who puts the decks on Master Duel Meta but from my understanding you have to upload it yourself so if this person didn't it wouldn't be on their, but you can find their videos on youtube
