This video is awesome man, I started playing like a month ago I started with a pure DM deck but now my deck is a lot more similar to this, and I love it! that one DM strategy is actually soo damn smart, I found it really odd at first but now after playing it for some time I totally agree with you, I never really need more than one especially after I get DM the Dragon knight on the field

😂😅😂 I made this joke on stream saying 0 DM deck incoming. Honestly, if you're playing branded and can recycle a banished DM with Lubellion, then I say why not remove the 2nd potential brick from DM. Also, you're kinda running 2 DM's bc Dragon Knight is a DM when it hits the field!
I bought the Structure Deck and created a Branded Despia out of scratch, and because of you I will use Polymerization to summon Branded DM, the ultimate weapon against Runick "Toxic" Spright. Also I subbed, keep grinding King 👑
A person in my community was running umi control and said it worked great bc he can lower the levels on the field causing spright to be in shambles lol. Against tear tho...thats a different story
Repping STL, my guy! Honestly not bad options, but i prefer ghost ogre against sprights to get them off the board. Ive been messing with fusion deployment too, still not 100% sure, but i definitely dont like timaeus that much so you're right.

Upstart just a crutch for us from before IOC came. We can use those 3 card slots much better now my boy. Still a great and consistent list. I prefer droplets to Super poly but they serve the same. I really like the ritual variants lately
Im gonna have to partially disagree bc drawing that top card off of servant or circle is crucial for DM combos. With that said i have tried to run upstart at 2 instead of 3. Gonna try it some more
Maybe drop timmy the brick dragon for another evenly matched? Or timmy + reborn for 2 ghost ogre (ghost have been working wonders for me against sprites)
@@kingmahde1 nice nice, btw is master of chaos working well? For me i never found a situation where i need him so i ended up swapping him out for imduk/link spider (several times i ended with dm + something else on the field and just wished i could link him to get to anaconda)
Illusion of Chaos, Magikuriboh, and Timaeus are all uncraftable because they want you to buy the vortex of magic structure deck in the shop. Honestly, it's pretty cheap so you can get 3 copies for 1500 gems and a bunch of other DM staples. Hope this helps!!
Branded DM is definitely the strongest DM variant, but the deck still struggles going second. Going first it can set up a decent board, but subpar when it comes to tiered decks. Dragoon would make it a lot more viable, if it ever gets unbanned. Magician of Black Chaos MAX is supposed to be really good too if you can get it out properly.
Definitely wish theyd ban verte and bring back dragoon! I will say that a majority of my wins in diamond have been going 2nd by using board breakers i.e. super poly, evenly matched. Mainly all i see is sprights so i built the deck to try to combat them until the meta shifts!
@@arey256 ive seen some people run that, im gonna have to try it sometime, but may have to try in a pure build. Nib and i got that love/hate relationship. Great card in opening hand going 2nd, otherwise i always seem to brick with him 😆
1 dark magician is not enough if you loose it or don't draw into it your plays won't do anything, you need at least 2, same thing for circle and eternal soul.

I really don’t think this deck or build is good. After testing in high plat for 3 days it just doesn’t have the ability to win going second against pure spright, drytron, or runick spright. It bricks, it’s power ceiling isn’t very good and I’m frustrated I built it as a ftp player
Im sorry to tell you, it sounds like you may be not playing the deck correctly. Im ftp as well and im doing quite well with it and it's done pretty well in tourneys, so I know it's a solid build. If you want some tips come to the stream. Cheers!

2 Chicken games works if u have it. You can do aluber if you're running branded. Fusion deployment is another interesting card im messing with.

Nib isn't good against them bc after they play spright gigantic, both players can only summon lv 2. So it turns of Nib

When I'm put something just a single copy in my deck it's always come to my start hand not sure it's blessing or a course
