    Make sure you rough up the liner with some rough grit sandpaper so the glass has something to grip to. Also if you heat the barrel a little the glass will flow better just not too hot. I have used different mfg. liners but the best ones in my experience are TJ's liners. They are aircraft grade material and are hammer forged. They are sold by the inch so you only buy what you need. Those little #4's are neat little guns and fun to shoot.

    I never wear gloves when using acuraglass and usually get it all over my fingers....goid thing vinegar takes it off

      You can but it is more labor intensive and you need a good set of torches to do it but with the locking compounds like Locktite and some epoxies we have now it has pretty much gone away.
