Make sure you rough up the liner with some rough grit sandpaper so the glass has something to grip to. Also if you heat the barrel a little the glass will flow better just not too hot. I have used different mfg. liners but the best ones in my experience are TJ's liners. They are aircraft grade material and are hammer forged. They are sold by the inch so you only buy what you need. Those little #4's are neat little guns and fun to shoot.
It is, but you’ll have to modify the extractor and potentially the firing pin location. It’s still a relatively easy operation if you have a decent lathe.
You can but it is more labor intensive and you need a good set of torches to do it but with the locking compounds like Locktite and some epoxies we have now it has pretty much gone away.
Nice! I've got an 06' Winchester curing with 620 Loctite right now.

So what is rhe reason a casing would swell in the chamber?
Can a H&R .410 shotgun be relined to a .38 special or .357 magnum?
Nice work!
Is it possible to recline from a .32 rim fire to a 22 long or even magnum for these rolling blocks?

Larry potterfield/Midway USA has a TH-cam video of converting a rolling block .32RF to a .32CF might also be a neat idea
