I remember when I was 4 or 5 my mom came home with this game, and I immediately fell in love with it. Although I still haven't beaten it yet I still consider this to be an exceptional game, and wish it got way more recognition than it did.
@@bobsondugnutt7526 yeah. Drops out to a 6/10 just for saves. Bump it up to an 8 if playing with save states though. Excellent game and insane soundtrack (can still barely believe this is SNES audio and not PlayStation/Saturn)
Anyone ever notice that if you listen to the drums at the beginning of the song, then when the loop restarts at 2:22, that the tempo is not the same as it started out?
@@ThatKidBobo It's not _that_ impressive when you think of the specifics. Outside of certain edgecases a sample-based soundchip is capable of replicating practically any sound an FM synth chip could.
this song will always remind me of the time when i listened to this on the way to school when i was 13, and my old science teacher said hi to me and i didn’t hear him bcuz i was listening to this
@@saltedmutton7269 Reading these two comments, that makes so much sense after playing an extensive amount of X-men and Spiderman Vs. Arcade, but never touching Plok.
Rip Geoff Follin for composing one my favorite childhood plok music!
I genuinely love how the guitar at 1:38 keeps going from the left ear to the right and then back constantly
I still can't believe this is coming from the SNES. One of the best soundtracks and games ever made!

If it had save points it would have been a way better game. Beach looped through my childhood because Akrillic levels were so hard.
@@bobsondugnutt7526 dang straight, Plok updated as re release on switch with a save function would be amazing or NSO

@@Noobsaibot21Back then PLOK was an 8/10 but with saves could have been a 10.
0:50 The unexpected SNES bass drop of 1993
Unexpected and yet welcome

When you hire the right composer for your game.....
Best song of this game :)
Eargasmic, *Tim Follin Genius!*
Incredible sound for SNES !
Great theme

I noticed that and I was diggin heavy with it
Yeah it messed with me at first, and im glad I wasn't the only one who noticed
0:50 is the actual looping point of the song, it never goes back to the beginning patterns :P
Yo holy shit, that's really cool
this track is weird because you have two different tempos being heard.
the booming synth you hear at the beginning is in fact tim follin's self-recorded brap
Plok music my favorite😃👍
0:50 That sounds more like sega genesis music :0
But my man Tim Follin somehow made it on SNES i am actually amazed

0:50 The best part of the song
When I think about my hometown I hum this theme.
if yall like this check out xmen vs spiderman ost
both soundtracks were actually made by the same composers! basically anything by those guys is an absolute treat to listen to

..what happened to albirdprince?
He probably got cancelled, he has a new channel called albirdprincemk2
One word nintendo
Does the volume go up and down weirdly for anyone else?
it's not going up or down, if you're using headphones, you will realize that it's moving from left to right, which is pretty cool
