Really hope new irrigation and equipment could come in. I’m from Iraq and the past couple years the farmers and the government are investing billions of dollars on new equipment. Many farms have become energy independent by using solar panel, and new irrigation technology has doubled the output while cutting the water usage to half. Hoping Afghanistan could focus on these few things. Of course it’s understandable Afghanistan won’t have the same capital but wishing them the best of luck inshallah.
The government should tie up with India, China and other countries which produces lot of agriculture products, they should learn new farming techniques to increase production, gain knowledge on new machinary for agriculture improvements, buy all new types of seeds, and facilitate and motivate farmers
