If TLC continues then it is still a humiliation to all of the children. Janelle needs to stand up to TzlC and kody and demand privacy and cancel the show. Jon Gosselin fought to save his children emotional well being and won.

It is so gut wrenching that this poor child felt like a throw away son. Kody Brown has shown over and over again once his children get old enough to have a voice and realize what kind of "waste Kody is" as a husband and an actual father, he throws them away. This turd is beyond hope. Everyone please keep prayesr for Janelle - family and especially Gabriele. He will need soo much support after finding his brother the way he did.
This is so, SO horrible!!!!! Kody single handedly destroyed his family. I worry for Gabe too. When he cried as hard as he did while talking about how hurt he was by his Dad, I could literally feel my heart tearing to shreds for him. And now he (as well as the rest of his family) have to carry the weight of this loss. Gabe will also be haunted by the images of finding Garrison’s body. My heart really hurts for him.

Garrison, like so many other service members and veterans, deserved the absolute best care in the world. He was a beautiful soul. Keeping his moms and siblings in my thoughts, especially Gabe.

being the one who found my dad after he took his life last year, my heart absolutely breaks for gabriel. we are around the same age, and i can speak for myself that i will never be the same so i’m sure he won’t either. my eart breaks for garrisons siblings and rest of the family, except cody who should be been there for his kids

This video is such a disgrace, you forgot to add the reason why they stopped talking to their father and the fact he told them they weren’t allowed to come home for the holidays. The fact that the father said on tv. Kody brown is the reason why garrison is dead.
When you look at it, it’s really the people watching who are at fault. Reality TV is popular because people like to watch the drama, the conflict. You blame Cody you blame the producers but it’s really the ppl who watch it. Producers are making money because you continue to watch the shows, and they continue to make more shows and time after time we’re watching people on these shows have devastating circumstances in their life because of the show. Not because of the producers not because of whoever is in the show, but because of the show itself. And you continue to watch them so things like this are going to continue to happen - the number of people in jail who have committed crimes because they need to live a certain lifestyle to stay on the show, the parents that take advantage of the children due to the wealth they’re making from the show. And now someone has taken their own life. Reality enough for you?

Parents agreeing to and being paid for reality show participation is one thing, but the children they have become participants whether they want to or not. Here on Sister Wives the grew up with it. We only saw what was deemed show worthy from a team of producers. Who knows what really went on behind the scenes on these shows....at their homes or in their personal lives unseen by the cameras? It is an terribly unfair position to put children in.
I agree 100%. Kids deserve being able to grown up without a camera recording their every move. They have their right to privacy stripped away. There really needs to be laws prohibiting parents making money off thir kids on reality TV & social media. I have not watched Sister Wives for years but can only think how excruciating it would be to know all your family's business is open for anyone to see, critique & comment on, especially when there are conflicts. I really hope the show goes off the air- this family needs privacy, therapy & much healing. To continue to air them as they are reeling from this tragedy puts more family members at high risk. Shut off the cameras & take care of your family!

Not sure what you mean about stopping watching? What part of my comment said I watched the show? You would have to be in a cocoon to not see ads and social media postings and commentaries about all these reality shows. I watch none of them. The featured adults on these shows drag their innocent offspring in to a televised drama long before they are of an age of consent. Its a form of child abuse in my opinion.

My condolences go out to all of the family no matter who it is or what their past is.
I believe that Kody may have to have an awakening with a truth within that's never been forced before. Garrison became a martyr for the rest of the family for this wake up call. It's never worth going to that extreme.
I'm sorry he was so desperately hurt by the separation he had between his father and himself. Once can't say that polygamy didn't hurt some of the children because how can one father connect himself closely to all 18 children of his? Even spending an hour a day with one child and rotating them through is almost three weeks before seeing the same one again. That's around 11 or so days of seeing your father a year. How is this NOT a problem?
Anyways, the time of a death is not truly the time to be blaming anyone else for that death. I still feel for Kody and everyone else during these times. Time is the only thing we have. This moment, right now! Spend it wisely and thoughtfully people. You can't get it back.
This just shows that trying to make polygamy look normal for profit causes so much heartbreak for kids. Cancel this show, theres nothing more to see. Take their money away.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I know the pain and loss his family are enduring is unimaginable but that sweet young man is no longer in pain. I hope that will give them some sense of peace, in time.

In my family not much suicide but…my husband trained troops for quite a few Presidents. For WAR! My husband didn’t mess around either and Garrison could have passed for his son and actually Garrison looks just like our son. I showed my husband a picture of Garrison in his fatigues and my husband said he looks exactly like me on my first deployment! I said yeah I know! My husband was very very good! General Barker told him when he got hurt…I don’t care what I have to do you will be commanding troops from a jeep if necessary! My husband had to council his troops sometimes and there’s a high rate of depression in our soldiers! I want to do something for Janelle but truth is there’s nothing anyone can do for her right now. Time will make it better but nothing will ever cure her grief! It just gets easier to live with daily with time.
