- My grandfather gave me this Harley and wow it’s radical!! Limited edition bike custom made by harleys racing division. 266/1400 units. Vance and Hines Pro comp series! I want to take it to the drags this year so subscribe if you want to see that later!

Your not the first person calling me crazy. Oh, and the motorcycle was made to commemorate Vance and Hines victory in the 1/4 mile National competition. Be careful on it and I'm glad you like it.
Vance & Hines pipes give the VROD its hot rod sound as it should. All HD's should have that hot rod lope sound out of the factory
Mine is the 1130cc engine. I think as a stock machine it's supposed to be faster than 1250cc. Certainly goes with it's Vance and Hines exhaust and fuel mapper

There's a lot of things in the past of evolution that have come to pass, engineering will always be here, but ,so many things have their own time on the grand stage ,they run time of livelihood, the popularity slowly starts to fade away it's a known fact, the studebaker, the model a ford, the 55 chevy, the muscle car era , shotgun deer choketubes, everything gets it's stage time, and then it's over, everything runs a trail n tribulations, it's just the way human society is, sorry, it's the GOD made man, the bigger pockets of money will win out most of the time, wayneeden95@gmail.com
1250 is the engine size not the series production number
D T the production number is on the same tag.His is number 266 of 1400.
That bike actually has a 1247 cc engine HD rounded the number up to 1250 and it's labeled 1250 a common practice of all bike manufacturers.

Wrong !!! Porsche helped design the fake cooling fins on the cylinders and re designed a few water passage. ways and supplied the german Bosch electrical system. ..the engine is harley's own from a 1993 Harley Davidson VR1000 superbike DOHC four valve weber electronic fuel injection ...makes around 140 HP @ 10,700 rpm and weighed in at around 375 pounds a picture of this engine is at the bottom section of this web page ..

Wrong it is not the fastest Harley ever made the FXDR vans and Hines Harley Davidson pro stock drag bikes run 6 seconds. In the quarter mile at around 200 mph ....the v rod destroyer run 9.6 in the .

donnie baker correct, but it’s the fastest street legal stock production bike. Obviously the pro stock built drag bike is faster than this. That’s for drags though, mines a street legal rocket. 😅🤣
Splitting hairs, but a stock V-rod is good for an 11.3 with the correct rider on it, seen modded ones running 11 flat or even high tens without big work.
They are ridiculously fast 0-80/100 or so. That's a big difference to 'about a 12' and does indeed make them (up till the new revolution max motored stuff) the fastest Harley Davidson.
