Nice doors
Ok bought a set of these. Great product. But they really should tell you close the door and make sure it lines up first. I have to make more holes now. Fml
I had the same problem with the pins on my first ride and tried to find replacements from Polaris. Luckily I found lynch pins at the hardware store that fit and have nice loops to grip them to remove.
Way better than the G1 uppers, I still haven't installed mine. Wish I never would've bought them. And had these instead!
This video is an incomplete install video. You should show drilling the front of the door as it is much more challenging than the back due to angles. You should also show the passenger door as it is a little different.
Sure would like to have a set for my Turbo S 4 seater....
The new Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 and the newly-redesigned 2021 X2/X4 now have 3 piece doors. It's time to make an upper door for these models and show them some love. If you make an upper door, it will fit both the RMAX and 2021 X2/X4.

so you put the upper door on and then tightened it and there were holes already drilled and then after that you showed drilling the holes a bit out of order don't you think? maybe you should show and install on a vehicle where there wasn't one previously installed.
why dont they show drilling front of door?
This video is incomplete! I just installed mine and wondered the same thing. The front of the door is a lot harder because it is on an angle. They also did not show the passenger door. It is a little different due to the pull handle on the inside. There is enough in this video that you can figure out what they left out.
can the front finishing panel be installed on the bottom roll bar bottom bolt there is 1/2 inch gap between the door and the little finishing panel

@ Seizmik, I watched this video and ordered the doors from Rocky Mountain ATV. I was expecting the same product that’s featured in this video but apparently received the older version. How do I go about getting the product featured in the video?
Hello, Daniel. If you ordered the 06017 kit as shown in the video, but were sent an old 06016 kit by mistake, you'll need to contact and work with the Rocky Mountain ATV. We do not sell direct to customers, so unfortunately, we have no information regarding the purchase or what the mix up was that occurred. I’m just wondering if it is easy to see out of the side mirrors when you have these soft doors on… I have the Seizmik mirrors on if that matters

Are there plans to make this kit for the General XP 4? I'd buy it if it existed.
Update: I emailed Seizmik and was told in response that they do plan to make a kit....no idea when though.

Yes, an update! The plan as of now is to start working on the crew machine in 2021, which puts availability in fall of 2022. We are working on it!

Can you remove the door without any tools in the summertime
Yes, our kit for the Polaris General is pinned, so you can easily remove the upper door frames and their attached textiles for the summer months.

Did Seizmik have an older version door kit? This other video I saw on Seizmik upper door kits the person had to hack his inner door plastic all up and it looked like the triangle gap sealer was more cheaply made
Matt, yes, this kit is a newer kit that replaced a previous kit based on feedback we received from customers. This new kit requires less cutting and drilling to the General inner door panel. The corner filler piece is new to this updated kit as well.
