It is small because it’s called Nano. They have bigger size if you need. I have this bag for more than 2 years now, absolutely love it. I think the size is very roomy for me despite the small size of the bag, fits all my essentials
Since when did being able to pull out the lining of the bag equals to low quality? It's a Nano size for a reason... It's even bigger than a toy loulou...Try buying from the store next time so you dont get disappointed.

I watched a lot of reviews on this bag before I bought it over 2-3 yrs ago and it really looks bigger on camera than in person. I will say the taupe color is very beautiful, I bought the taupe and the black and ended up just keeping the black one. For my lifestyle it’s a great size and holds all my essentials plus a bit more depending on how I pack it. I’m actually looking to get another one in the camel color 🤎
Also if you found the bag to be disappointing I would suggest if you have the option to see their bags in store they have a store in NYC. Since we all have different needs and preferences I think the bag is absolutely beautiful and I prefer the cotton lining over something like suede that is more high maintenance. For me this is the perfect bag. My husband also thinks out of all my bags that the Polene is the nicest and he could care less about my bags 😂
Yes 🙌 I agree about the quality. Especially now that I’ve had it for about a year. The bag still looks good as new. I love the aesthetics of the bag. So perfect for fall. I am thinking of getting another bag from them as well ☺️

Thanks for the info, my same exact Polene is OTW, and was afraid it would be too small but I watched a lot of vid and I decided it would fit my stuff just fine. Shame about the online measurement info :(
And I actually dislike suede lining/exterior, been thinking about numero sept mini as evening bag but it has suede lining. You might like their other designs with suede lining!
I think they made the interior because of the shape of the model. The other ones aren‘t like that.

Yes. I would recommend the bag. Up to this day it still looks brand new. The leather has shown any scuffing.
Even though the bag isn’t what I expected, I can definitely say that it is holding up pretty well and it is cute and stylish
@@littlebitoflux Do you find the color is versatile enough to pair well with most colors (both warmer and cooler tones), inklusive all black outfits?
I am debating between taupe and sandalwood as I want neutral yet versatile alternative to my black bags.

Your bag should of been wrapped in plastic. They don’t send there bag’s without plastic

@@littlebitoflux I’m so sorry about that! I’ve owned many Polene bags and they’ve never came like this. Their CS can take time to get back but I’d give it another try.
Must have been a return since you found a hair in it and no plastic wrapping.
I totally agree with you on its size, I was so into buying it but when I went in person to check it out, I found it blah! I didn’t like the opening and felt like it might be too cumbersome to put things in and out.
I’m glad that you brought this up, people just rave about how amazing this bag is. It’s definitely cute but not worth the price we end up paying for it. I don’t think it’s worth more than $200 much less around $600 CDN for us when we add everything up.
