This always helps me decide ❤️

Yes, I can agree - the bags are amazing, but customer service not so much. I'm not sure what your experience was, in my situation they always replied in the end and we made everything work, but it was all so time consuming and difficult, so I can definitely understand the nervousness. I really hope they improve it in the future 🙂

I'm not sure what is the size of iPhone 14 Promax, but the bag fits my Kindle, so I'm guessing it should be fine :) And I checked online, it says the bag has 440g, and for me, it's not a heavy bag at all. As for the wear and tear, so far, it looks like new. And I wore it more than 60 times (I'm tracking my capsule wardrobe), plus I also wear it with my sports stuff as well, if I'm running errands, so it's more than that. I hope this helps! 😊
